Greg was excellent. Clear explanations given when asked. Happily reviewed a receipt from some transmission work I had done and determined the manufacturer recommendation had recently been met and did not need to be redone.

Consider going anywhere else. Got my oil changed, and left without a tire valve cap. Went back the same day to get it replaced, was ignored. Two weeks later, I have to pay $500 (at a different mechanic) to replace this brand new oil and an oil control valve. It’s so not worth the convenience.

This review should have happened several months ago but I waited until now to figure out the full details of the issue. I took my car in to have the oil changed. They asked about a tire rotation which I did. Everything was fine during the process. However, afterwards I noticed almost a grinding noise coming from the back left. Took it back in shortly after since it started directly after them doing service. They test drove it, heard it, then took the tires off, said they couldn’t find out. Then proceeded to send me to another location only to be told “yeah we hear it and it’s definitely something with your tire but we don’t know. We can replace it but you’ll have to pay for everything but honestly it’s not an issue to worry about. You’ll be fine.” I left that day. Finally got enough money together to get it in to a different place. They take two looks at it and figure out that I have a bad wheel bearing and the left wheel brake caliper is grinding into the wheel and has created a 1/4 inch gash in my rotor. So now I’m replacing a wheel bearing and brake pads and rotors. I’m frustrated that their service potentially did this. I’m even more frustrated that several techs seen that tire off and didn’t say anything. They had me out here driving on a bad wheel bearing and a rotor that could snap. Needless to say, I will never be going to these “quick oil change” places. I will pay the extra money and go somewhere with those who will actually tell me if something could possibly kill me.

This was the first time I got my oil changed here. Everyone that was working was very kind and super friendly. If anything was recommended to be replaced, they carefully explained to me what was absolutely necessary and what could wait. I would highly recommend this location!

I’ve gone here for many years and usually the service is great. Today however (outside of the usual attempts to upsell) it was obvious that little attention was given to vacuuming the floors and washing the windows. Disappointing.

I had 2 tires replaced, they ordered them and called me the next day for installation as promised. And then they started earning this 1-star review. I sat in the waiting room for two hours watching them in the garage through the glass. Expecting someone to come and talk to me - the posted signs said “don’t walk through the garage”. Finally I walked over to the guy who was working on the car and asked. I got cursed at and then he said ‘do you want your tires installed or not’? (One tire was on and one was off- what choice did I have?) I left a comment on Jiffy Lube’s site as requested and asked for a call back for anytime all day on 8/19. Did not receive any call all day.
