I went in yesterday and got a oil change at the jiffy line on georgesville road and the gentleman at this location was so nice and very informative even showed me my oil filter thanks y’all for getting my Chevy equinox together I will be returning been coming to this location for about 5 years now and they have had the same manager since which says something about a company anywho thanks y’all

It was dark out and I had to get a headlight put in. I had paid for the lightbulb two days prior but was admitted into Doctors West. This evening I was was released from the hospital it was a winter storm. I pulled into the jiffy lube to inquire about getting the lightbulb in and the manager had no mercy and charged me $39.97 to install the light. He said it would require taking off the grill to my car. I thought it was really a difficult fix. After lifting my hood, as I sat in my car, two minutes later he was done! Are you kidding me!!??

The technician was very polite, and knowledgeable about the service, he explained everything that needed to be done. He let me be a part of the decision on what service I wanted done or not. Very professional, excellent customer service.

Do not go here, they have a great scam! They met me out back of thier shop, told me my price will be 44$ then came and got me and my new price is 89$ saying the 44$ quote is the wrong oil. I said no that's to high ill do it myself, then they tell me the oil is already drained, so my only option was to put the wrong oil in my truck or pay the 89$. I'll never go back. But I have to give it to them they have a great scam

Went in for a Top off. Left with a broken dipstick that won't come out. I was in the truck watching the employee as he snapped off the top of the dipstick. Which moved the truck as it broke. Then he pops his head up and says he can't check the oil because there's no dipstick. Just 5 minutes earlier I just checked the oil to see that I needed more. I know it was there. They tried to get it out with a drill and drill bit. I am hoping they didn't do more damage. Now I have to travel back over 40 miles for them to "take the valve cover off" and maybe get out what's left off the dipstick and put in a new one. I hope the are ASE certified. If not a top off of just 2 quarts just got really expensive. And not for me. I just want my truck fixed. I've been a customer for many years.

I have always gotten good service at Jiffy Lube. This particular time I got there at 8:00 am, right when it opened so I could get in and out. I was the only person for at least 20 minutes, but yet it took a hour and 20 minutes for an oil change and to plug a tire that had a nail in it. The sloths in Costa Rica move faster than they do. You might want to change the word ‘Jiffy’ in the name.

The Jiffy Lube located at Sullivan & Georgesville is full of friendly people. I came to the store to check a tire and left satisfied and smiling. I will be recommending them highly. Professional and respectful more than any other oil change and tire store in Franklin county. Thank you Jiffy Lube!!! 100%
