Came out to get an oil change, December 14th. Next day noticed passenger head light out. Not sure how they missed. Came back on Monday, to get bulb replaced. Sat over an hour while Zack, worked to replace. Told, he couldn't replace and that I should go to the Dealer. Never have I ever been told this because I've had bulbs replaced here all the time. Very disturbed by this 😡

I’m not even sure how to describe the incompetence and lack of customer service at this location. I stopped by this morning to get air in my tire as it was flat when I left my house. I pulled up and a gentleman came out with the air hose and was about to check for me (I just asked to see the number because I wanted to make sure it held, didn’t need anything else done). The manager, I’m assuming, tells the guy to pull my car in, so they do and then the guy goes to air the tire. Thr manager says go work on the other car. Leaves my car sitting there. Then the manager continues to stand right next to my tire that needs checked for about 4 minutes, making me stand out in the cold. He didn’t even touch the tire. I said hey man can you please just check it that’s all I need. He told me to wait. So basically this manager wasted 7 minutes of my time for what would have been a 10 second air check performed outside.
