When I arrived, the employees seemed like they did not know what to do. I actually asked , "Is everything okay"? At the end of the service the 'maintainenance required' light was not reset. The young lady tried Google, she told me to come back when the manager returns.In a few days.

Called and was told they were not busy. Told them I needed a vehicle inspection form done for a ride share company. Only one other customer besides me. Sat in my car for a long time. The lady next to me was mad because it took them so long to change her oil and didnt check all of jer lights and such. She finally got my inspection somewhat done. There were several things she did not check. Sje asked for my card and then she went back to the other customer that was before me and I had to wait to get my debit card back. The form was not completely filled out. I didn't realize it. I submitted it and it was denied. I had to get it filled in correctly the next day and then resubmit to the company I work for. I lost a days wages due to this nonsense. I would never visit this store again.

I got what I went for. Expected the upscale. But they wasn’t pushy about it. They are very friendly and was in and out.

I will never go there again. Very slow, changed me $5.99 x2 for topping off which they never explained to me.

Prices are too high! The service was ok.... But the price was too high for an oil change. Wait time was really good! But the prices was too high! 179.00 for a oil change and air filter. Customer service was great! But the Damn price was to high! I won't visit again..............

Matt & Reggie did their thing! I was rushing in after work, I called in advance, they welcomed me in after explaining their online deal and also sharing they offered military discount when I mentioned it. This was the most quickest visit ever! My car oil was well overdue, I’m squared away now tho! I had to call back to get there names and got on the phone with Jeff! The whole team is phenomenal! Thanks yall!

Jiffy falling off...Told the service guy specifically what kind of oil I wanted semi synthetic and he still put in high mileage that I told him I didn't want. Trying to make a 89.00 sell on oil and not do what's asked is ridiculous. Everything else was ok But I'm not going back to that store it was out of my way anyway
