Do not waste your time Getting your oil changed here. This place is the most run down oil changing place i have ever seen. The female mgr. And staff are all unprofessional, with no customer service skills. One employee just sits on the wall at the back of the bldg on his phone while work is being done. (Wow). Then they charge over 100 bucks to get an oil chage. ( rip off). I will never come back.

Excellent customer service with great quality work! They checked my car bumper to bumper, rotated my tires and added all new fluids. Jiffy Lube is the only place that I take my two cars. Great job guys!

I love going here the staff is amazing, however I lost my earbud down the sink in the bathroom, yeah it go right down the drain cause they don't have a STOPPER... Now I have to pay 45.00 to replace it smdh

My Fiancé went there for an oil change. I was drink the car a couple hours later and the skid pan fell off and started to drag under the car. I’ve never had anything like this happen before I would not recommend going here.

I just got an oil change from this location about 15 mins ago and as soon as I got on the highway I lost power to accelerate. It felt odd at first, then I got a ton of lights and had to pull off to the side of the road. Don't know what they did wrong yet as I'm waiting for a tow right now, but I wouldn't trust this location for service.

Took my car to this JL location a few weeks ago for an oil change. Employees were nice and fast, but a few days later a ton of issue lights came on. I knew the emissions system needed work, so I took it to a muffler shop. The guys there found that my oil filter had been gouged with pliers, apparently used in an attempt to take it off and the car was already almost out of oil. I’m glad I got it taken care of in time, but I won’t be going back to this location.

10/27/24 I went to try to get an oil change and the person on duty was extremely busy on the phone talk about his personal life about women.. He was very graphic and descriptive in deals. I thought it was very unprofessional and rude. I know he heard the front door open and close. I even cleared my throat loud enough so he could hear me. No response and I know he knew I was was waiting because they had cameras. No wonder I hardly ever see customers there.

I was visiting my daughter at the University of South Carolina and realized she needed an oil change. I looked in her area and found one very close by. I was able to pull up and go right in, the service manager and tech went over what I needed and they moved on it right away. They also informed me of additional services they would recommend and glad they did as want to make sure her car is great condition while we are not local. They performed the work and went back to spend time with the family and when we left we felt good our daughter was in a good position with her car.

I went in for an oil change and they overfilled the oil. I went back to have them fix their mistake, but they insisted that the oil was not overfilled. However, I noticed a burning smell in the car's cabin whenever I accelerated, which never happened before they serviced the car. Now, in addition to the botched oil change that cost me $90, I'll likely have to spend more to address this issue. 🙂 Keep in mind this was my first time ever coming here. Edit: You better hope they don’t mess anything up on your car because that email won’t do anything lol.

Sat in the lobby with my car in a service slot for 90 minutes before they even came in to ask which oil I wanted. I have no idea what they were doing for the previous 90 minutes, but the hood was up. Then they had the audacity to try to sell me a bunch of other superfluous services. I rejected their offer in a jiffy. UPDATE: service completed after almost two hours. Got halfway down the road to only realize they didn’t even out all the panels back in place. Seriously, DO NOT go to this establishment.
