Third time going to the Powers and Stetson Hills location. Those guys are solid and efficient, with great customer service as well. One gentleman remembered me and asked how my dog was doing (from a previous visit), so throw personable in there as well. They need a raise, keep up the good work.

As oil changes go, this was a great experience. Each member of the team there has their specialty and jumped in to do it quickly and efficiently. I would definitely return. Keep up the good work y'all!

Asked for full synthetic, they put in conventional oil. Was told $27 for air filter replacement. I said go ahead and replace. Looked at invoice after paying as it seemed very high. They charged me $61 for the air filter! They did credit me $41, but it should have never happened! Steer clear of this place (Tutt Blvd, 80923). I will NEVER go here again. They WILL rip you off!

The staff is great. But got upsold on air filter, coolant flush, and power steering flush. Did not get a receipt or get a breakdown of the cost before hand. Ended up going in for an oil change ended up leaving paying $400. Will not go back here again

Felt like the staff really didn’t care. They had “some hose disconnected” and when I had to start my car it would turn on and then shut off. They had me do that twice before they recognized it. Additionally, they do the standard “upsell on everything” which is frustrating. I’ll definitely be using a different shop from now on.

I probably won’t be back. Everything was very half done- my windshield washer fluid wasn’t filled my tires weren't checked or filled. The receipt says that was all checked and it absolutely wasn’t. And the manager was asleep in the office and a worker had to go wake him up. Hopefully my oil change was done correctly.
