I brought my car in 3 hours ago, for front differential fluid change, coolant flush, brake flush, oil top off and a tire rotation. I was told all of that would be less than an hour. Great. I ended up getting a differential fluid change, coolant flush, oil top off and a transmission flush because the tech out differential fluid in my transmission. Because of the incompetence, I ended up having to cancel my work shift because my car was being worked on. They broke my car. While the company is having my car towed to Subaru to have my car fixed properly, and yes, they are paying for that, I am still without a vehicle and they are not making sure I have a vehicle to leave with. So, they will make y’all wait for 3 hours, break your car, (at least they send it somewhere to get fixed right) make you miss your work schedule and then flat out tell you too bad, we aren’t going to help you with a rental car. They have the nerve to be shoddy to me when they are inconveniencing me. Sorry, pay for an uber and send us the bill. Terrible.

They just try to up sell you on everything, kind of annoying. I told them I only want an oil change and every 3-4 minutes they pop back up trying to convince me to get another service. It’s a brand new truck, it doesn’t need all the service. Please just take no for an answer. Definitely will find a different place next time

Today I visited to get replacement wipers and a top off of fluids. Dominique was the best help ever, she answered all my questions and got me in and out with everything taken care of. Thanks again, store #242!!

i’m not typically the type to write reviews, but I just have to share this I got my oil changed here three months ago and today my oil light came on and I was like wow that’s really weird because I just got my oil changed, so I went to my friend and he changed it girl tell me why this place scammed me out 120 bucks because when he emptied it, not even 2 quarts came out Of the oil tank, I don’t even think that they changed This they just put a new filter in and called it a day and charged me a butt load. I’m really upset because I got my oil changed not even four months ago, 3 1/2 months ago to be exact and I have not driven over 5000 miles in those three months. So there’s no possible reason for it to be only at 2 quarts in three months, this is ridiculous and I hope that they’re not scamming anybody else.

Fast, efficient. Would be nice to come in for an oil change and just leave with the oil change without the additional requests for more maintenance than what’s asked for, but I do get the business model. The people that worked there this morning were very polite and friendly.

Where fast, efficient, friendly and didn't charge me for just topping me to remove my skid plates! Everyone was excellent and I was very impressed by them, since is hard to find great customer service! I will most definitely come back for all my cars services and recommend them to anyone!

I could tell that they were very shorthanded in shop that day. They were waiting for another employee that was running late to get there. Jesse, was my tech and he was phenomenal. He was upbeat and kind. He was the youngest one in the shop. I don’t normally see people his age with such strong customer service skills. Thank you Jesse!

I have been using Jiffy Lube for a while now. I have always received great customer service . The staff there is professional and very helpful. They have told me about some potentially dangerous issues that they found on my vehicle that they were not equipped to fix. I was able to go to an auto mechanic and get those fixed immediately. The last time I went in was because my car alerted me that the oil was low. The staff discovered a small oil leak and then they topped off the oil at no charge. I couldn’t believe they offered such a service. I was blown away. I would recommend them to everyone.

They were pretty busy when I got there but they work fast and have an awesome team that works well together. They got me in line and out in less than 45 minutes in total. I never had to get out of my car and they not only changed rhe oil but did a quick check over of the truck. These guys and gals rock at their job. The ladies made sure to be thorough in their explanation and description of what they checked what they found snd wh a t they completed

I have never had a Jiffy Lube experience like this. Everybody was very communicative with each other, like they were all on the same page like a well oiled machine. Check in process was quick and easy. There was not much of a wait, and the whole process from start to finish was over quickly.

I was prepared not to stay for the oil change because I only had 40 minutes. When I told them my time was limited, they opened another lane to get me finished more quickly. And they even gave me a coupon I had not been able to access on my phone. Wonderful service this morning, guys!

Outstanding team. Had a lot of issues with my car. Took it here after spending thousands of dollars to fix it elsewhere. They had it rolling in less than an hour. When i came back, I spent hundreds more for other things. Brake flush and coolant flush. After I left, a problem that was happening before started up again. Instead of saying, not our problem. They said, bring it back and we'll work on it until the problem is fixed. Absolute recommend these guys and gals.
