WOW is all I can say! I have never had such 5 star service in my life anywhere, not just for an oil change. The employees that work here go above and beyond, explain everything in full detail, take great care of your vehicle and get you in and out quickly. I will only be coming here for all services they offer from now on. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube Academy Blvd. location. Josiah, Darian, Denver, and Marcus are all exceptional employees.

These guys at this location did an incredible job of diagnosing only what needed to be addressed on my oil change. They showed me that my air filter was fine, but the cabin filter needed replaced. And, they reminded me about differential fluid service was coming up, most likely at my next service. They were quick and thorough, and I appreciated that very much!

Really friendly! Changed my oil and topped off my fluids. Did a check over on my car and told me about things I knew and didn’t know, seemed really trustworthy. Will come back Edit: had to come back for a coolant top off and Rico was the man! Definitely manager for a reason.

This is the best JiffyLube in Springs, I swear by it. Every time I come here the staff are friendly and efficient. Had a particularly pleasant experience with Ray, Daniel and Snowman. During the coldest weekend of the year, I honestly felt bad for coming in, but they were all smiles, and truly helpful. Thank you guys!

Young persons were friendly enough and appeared to work hard to get the customers serviced in a timely manner. They did not try to upsell like other shops, they made the usual suggestions and moved on. Nothing is more annoying than getting told you have 15 things wrong and you need to buy more things, so it is refreshing when they inform about what may be needed if you want to have them do the work.

Both employees were Outstanding. They certainly know all about cars. They explained everything to me that they were going check with my vehicle and recommended to me what needed to be done to keep my vehicle working as it should in the future. Luck for me, I only had a couple of maintenance items that needed their attention. I never got the impression that they were trying to take advantage of me and selling me services that were not needed. Nope > I got the feeling that they were being honest with me and only recommended services that my vehicle needed to keep it working properly for me in the future. This is the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever met. And I will ALWAYS go back to them in the future to keep my vehicle in proper working order They give 5 Star service Both employees were Outstanding. >Very Professional &helpful. These are honest Mechanics who know what they are doing. You can trust them to “be on your side” in what they recommend. Boy! I am So Happy that I found this place to go to for Great Service. At No Time did I feel like I was being advised to buy some service that I did not really need. I'm certainly glad I found them. They will be doing ALL MY Auto Service in the future. And, they are fast too.

First class service with five stars. The place was busy. All of the bays had vehicles, but these guys are on top of it. They got my full service oil change and aired my tires done in a reasonable amount of time.

They were OK. They did a Groupon Oil Change for me; They are HEAVY on UP SELLING though! You go to them for a Groupon discounted service But they will UPSELL you PERSISTENTLY! I did end up buying more services they told me my car needed. Also they seem to take in too many customers than they can handle; it's an extremely busy place. Also I did overhear a conversation between "Another Customer" who said he waited there for 4hours & not everything he requested to be fixed while he waited there in their lobby was fixed; He questioned a Jiffy Lube mechanic "Why wasn't everything he requested to be fixed repaired?" He was angry & upset. He continued "Why didn't anyone tell him what was going on the whole time he waited there? " He continued that he adjusted his schedule & waited 4hours in their waiting room & no one told him that they couldn't fix all the issues he requested to repaired. Again thst customer was disappointed. So I started reading reviews & read a lot of similar reviews but my experience was Ok.
