I popped in today for an oil change because I needed it and Google said they weren't too busy. Start to finish, I probably spent 20ish minutes there. They explained everything they were doing, everything I needed, the options I had, AND one of the crew members even hopped in and drove my car into the bay because it makes me nervous!! I also didn't feel pressured to pay for anything I didn't ask for or need, and that is a HUGE deal!! I will absolutely go back and get as much work done through them as I can.
