2 of the 3 staff were absolutely amazing! They were organized, knowledgeable and interacted with everyone professionally. Services were completed efficiently even after I added the headlight cleaning. The 3rd employee leaned against the wall, took personal calls and did not contribute at all but I did learn he wrecks his truck frequently and was looking forward to his nap after work.

The service was fast and the 3 that were working there were very courteous. However Izaiah overfilled my coolant. My receipt says they added windshield washer fluid. Autumn said she forgot to change that in the computer when she was checking me out. Problem was that the 2 fluids are similar in color and my Jeep started bubbling over by the time I got it home. I was afraid they had put washer fluid in my coolant reservoir because of what the receipt said. I took it back and they tested it and the strip came back in the green, thank goodness. They took some of the coolant out and let it run to make sure it didn’t overflow again. So this is why the 3 out of 5 stars!

The gentleman were very polite, explained everything to me in a manner that I would understand and when I asked him to check my front differential my transfer box, they checked all that and the rear end and showed me samples of the fluid and everything so that was awesome They checked all my lights which I always do and they were very patient but as many vehicles as they were, there was only three guys there so kudos to those guys.
