"Stopped by on Sunday for an oil change on my old truck and was immediately greeted with kindness. They provided an estimated wait time upfront, which I really appreciated. Cody was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process and delivered exceptional service. Overall, a great experience—Cody was absolutely amazing!"

I reviewed this place before I came in and seen alot of mixed reviews so I decided to just come in and see for myself.i admit I came late just to see how they would react and I was greeted by a gentleman named Cody he was very professional and kind there was another gentleman who looked like he was on the verge of leaving but stayed to help he got all my filters pulled pretty quickly. Cody took me inside and explained my oil options and explained services I might need I got my cabin, oil, and transfer case serviced from beginning to end it took about 15 minutes and that's fast for two people working I later figured out the other gentleman name was jamar from my receipt so thank you Cody and jamar for a wonderful service I definitely will be back if I could I'd give 10/5 stars

My wife and I took her Jeep in for an oil change. The workers are not accommodating especially given the snow. Wanted me to park in half a foot of snow because they only shoveled the area in front of one of their lanes. They stated I needed to move because they “might” get another customer. They had THREE bays and only one was being used by our car. I told them no because I was worried about getting stuck given the weather. They were not happy with that answer. We waited outside at the mall eating lunch and while we were there no other customers showed up. Not only did their poor attitude cost them a customer but I will also tell me friends about this and recommend they use some other place.

Went for an oil change. They only shoveled one of the lanes and were very rude/condescending. Didn’t end up getting an oil change there and went up the road to Midas. They were cheaper, had a plowed parking lot, and were very professional.

I went to a location I hadn't been to before, at 5 p.m., an hour before closing. I didn't think that would be a problem, since an oil change takes 30 minutes max. It looked like they were working on one of their personal vehicles in one of the bays. One of the employees tried to talk me out of getting my oil changed, saying I had 2500 more miles since my last one. But my light is on and I commute 75 miles every other week. I pulled into the bay and another car pulled in immediately behind me. He was visibly upset and when he came back into the bay from talking to that customer he said "JFC OIL CHANGE OIL CHANGE OIL CHANGE."I understand the feeling of working a service job and just wanting to coast until close. Had I ever behaved this way in front of customers, my boss would have made sure there were penalties. I won't be back. This guy also spilled oil while filling my car.

The employees were very thoughtful, professional and patient. They showed me everything they were doing and made sure everything worked properly before I left. the chick that works here is least than helpful. and when I asked for what areas needed to be worked on, she just said "you have a leak and your dipstick is broken" while she pulled out the stick and viewing how much oil it has. it feels like she didn't want to do her job, maybe because she was having a bad day but then when I asked for some resources, she said "no we don't do that here" luckily the gentleman at the very least gave me a lead. I wish people stopped projecting their terrible day on everyone else.

All 3 employees were super helpful and thorough. Service was fast, and they took the time to explain what needed to be done, when, and why with absolutely no pressure. They helped reset my car settings so I would get dashboard alerts, and they showed me that everything was clean and tightly capped before they closed the hood. They even helped me with a coupon when I was having trouble pulling it up on my phone. Fantastic service, professional attitude, and a great location - I will definitely be returning next time I need something done! Thank you for starting my weekend off with a smile! Liza P.

Today Jan. 6 2025, I checked my oil and there was nothing there. I visited the store on Cucharras in CO springs and they had to give me and other oil change. My motor is now running and has a loud rumble when I hit the gas. This is unacceptable and I now have to take my car to the dealership to get it looked at. I will be contacting corporate! I’ve never had any issues and now my car is barely functioning!
