Received an oil change today. I was given a quote before work started. I agreed, but then got a discount which made the price go from "fair" to "great". The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I'll likely come again for the next oil change.

Between visits this location has completely changed for the worse. 10/10 Stars for the service I received about a year ago. They literally had a well oiled machine of a crew there, being led by a extremely transparent & creative solutions oriented manager (a younger female manager ~ I don't recall her name). I felt like my car was in good hands and taken care of. My experience the other day was the complete opposite of that. The garage and waiting room looked completely abandoned. TV was unplugged on the wall. They said the internet stopped working. Their printer and email system also wasn't working so I couldn't get a business invoice. I was instructed to call another location to get that accomplished when I asked if they could take a note to send it to me when it came back online. Only two team members were there. I explained I had a huge road trip coming up and my old car need a thorough look over so it could be safe to drive across the country. I explained the TPMS light refused to turn off and there may be an issue with one of the tires. I showed a few other issues on the car as well hoping to get a creative solve. I watched them change the oil and quickly refilled the tires in about 6 minutes. Then lazily try to sell me on an engine filter replacement (I declined), and then they quickly pushed me out the door. A waste of $70. I don't even trust that the oil change was done properly. I won't be returning to this location, and now have to take the time to find an affordable creative solutions oriented garage to take it to before my trip.

Very sweet girl works there I believe her name was mira she cashed me out talked me through the oil life reset process and was overall very good in customer service as long as she’s there I’ll always come back!

Folks at jiffy lube really got me in quick and did a nice job and didn't try to oversell. I trusted what they told me and I'll come back again. Nice and friendly staff at this location.

Jordan saved the day! I was looking all around for new tires (my two were bad where I was nervous) and most places couldn't do same day and were out of my budget… Jordan, one, wished me Happy Halloween which showed his happy go lucky side, then two, found me the better deal quickly and ordered tires express same say. When I arrived I was greeted with great attitudes by Jordan and his friendly associate (glasses and Beanie). Good attitudes are everything especially in the labor business. Thank you!

Sean was amazing, very trusting honorable guy with a great spirit. i had to get a new thermostat and sensor and it’s hard trusting mechanics as a woman, but he explained every step and ensured me he would fix the issue and he was confident that he was correct about the diagnosis which reeled me in lol, he was absolutely right. He was also a great mentor and teacher for the others he guided them through helping which i thought was a beautiful thing. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I went today to get my headlight changed. They did there best, even changed the light 2 times! They were able to tell me I had a wiring issue and if I wanted to bring it back they would spend the day figuring out what was going on. They were EXTREMELY nice! I will 100% go back to them.

We took our Kia to Jiffy Lube on field ertel rd. There I met a man named Sean he is an amazing mechanic honest very thorough. It is very hard to find an honest mechanic and one that don't want to break your Bank. We had a problem with it overheating it all started in Tennessee and my car was taken to a Jiffy Lube there and they changed the thermostat everything was fine for a couple weeks and then all of a sudden it started overheating again and it had only been driven a couple times. So that's why we picked Jiffy Lube to go back to because we weren't sure if we maybe had a bad thermostat Etc. The outcome was a slight crack in the radiator and the fan was not kicking on. He showed us the old parts very thorough he was just all around amazing and we have had trouble for years trying to find an honest mechanic and we have now finally found one. So if you're looking for an honest good hard-working mechanic I suggest you go to Jiffy Lube and ask for Sean. I forever will be a customer thank you Jiffy Lube

Was very happy with their service and detail. It was great to hear them communicating and telling each other what they were doing and ensuring they were checking and rechecking everything. They assumed nothing and confirmed everything.
