They charged $138, and many of the things that were supposedly checked never were such as the cabin air filter (they were checking the engine air filter), transmission oil, etc. Finally, the Service Reminder Light was never reset.

This the best and only place me and my mom will come too and V and Jesse are the best!!! So if you come here I would ask for them forsure.! It’s very clean and everyone is very friendly i definitely recommend to come here!!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would, but because I can’t, they get 1 star. Here’s why: -Customer service: They never heard of it. I walked in to 3 employees staring at their phones behind the counter. After a minute of standing there without anyone acknowledging me, one of them looks up and says “Have a seat, someone will be with you” without even asking me what I need. After 10 minutes, one of them shouts “Can I help you?” and it’s at this moment I should have left but because of trauma, I stayed for the emotional abuse that ensued. I say I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and maybe new cabin filters. After going to get my car and doing the initial inspection, the lady comes back and apparently I need new tires and tells me that’ll costs ~$300 and they have financing to help me with the cost, because she looked at me and saw “Broke” stamped on my melanated forehead. It’s the assumption I can’t afford tires that bothered me. Let me complain of cost first BEFORE you offer financial help. And she didn’t have air filters on hand, I’d have to wait an hour for them to come in. Listen… -Actual car service: my car drove WORSE after the oil change. I mean, I’m flooring it going up a 5% grade hill at 45MPH in a 3 year old car. “It cannot be” I thought as it took 5 seconds to get up to 55MPH because there was no responsiveness from my car. Lo and behold, I take my car to my dealership and it turns out Jiffy Lube didn’t properly close my air filter box so my engine was just sucking up more air and just being inefficient. On top of that, they scraped the front end of my passenger side bumper. Now I need to get body work done on my car. Consider filing for bankruptcy and going out of business, Jiffy Lube.

I go to Jiffy Luke for my signature oil changes. I've been going for years. I love that they top off your fluids in between oil changes and check tires and if they see something that may be an issue they will let you know.

DO NOT GO HERE. We rolled in for a standard oil change on Monday 10/7/24. It cost $80 and our van was smoking, dumping oil and shutting down by the time we got it home (just a couple miles drive). The tow driver and repairman both said it had no oil, no filter and no cap on the bottom. The Jiffy Lube manager had promised to call me back that day and never did. Anyone who got good service simply got lucky. Within a week I ran into TWO other people who had issues from this Jiffy Lube on Glenway. Explains why it is always empty. I will never go there again.

The same company sends you discount coupons to your email and then tells you that they cannot accept it... that they accept the coupon for conventional oil when the oil change that you are asking them to do and which is supposedly the one they change is full synthetic oil.
