Great service at this place (Austin & Fullerton)! Most recently, for my Uber inspection, Chuy (Jesus) and Monse took care of me so well, promptly and completely it was ridiculous. Topped me up on all fluids, checked brakes, etc, they have my business for that and more. Friendly and efficient, this team gets it done with a smile. I’ll be back, for sure!

Austin and Fullerton location was outstanding. The manager Chewy greeted on the phone in friendly and helpful manner. Then when I arrived the service was fantastic, prompt, affordable. They even vacuumed my car. Thank for the great service.

Best location I’ve visited so far. Came in for a routine oil change. I got to stay in my vehicle. Any other location I’ve been to the employees rush me out and send me to the waiting lobby. Great team effort to get the oil change done quickly, and they were all so kind and informative. They offer great coupons at this location. Make sure to visit the website before visiting. Won’t be going to any other Jiffy Lube if it’s not this one. Thank you guys!

This is my favorite place to go to for oil changes. This is the best location. I have been to many shops but their service here tops them all. The workers are friendly and fast.

I had the pleasure of meeting the Store Manager Chuey, it was the first time me coming to this location my daughter actually referred me because of the excellent service she received , I was very pleased with the service I received from Chuey and staff. I will be returning to this location for service. Excellent customer service. I give them a five star. In a time like today, it’s very hard to find honest and trustworthy people that do care. This past Sunday I stopped in Jiffy Lube to have my lights looked at ( replaced ) I was greeted immediately and my Nissan was serviced with 20 mins max. I had a great experience! Prices were reasonable and staff was very upbeat and pleasant. Chuey made sure he and his staff communicated everything they were doing so that I understand. Chuey also made sure that everything on my truck was completed to my satisfaction. Truly appreciate the great customer service at this location. I will be back for other necessities for my truck. Always have great service at fullerton and Austin jiffy lube. Employees are professional,courteous and friendly. Don't go anywhere else for my oil changes. Moved out of area 3 years ago and I still take it herte.
