Great job there. True professionals. I used to take my car to Valvoline on days when I didn't want to have to wait in a lobby, but at this location they allow you to remain in your car during the servicing, which is a big deal for people who don't want to have to take small children out of the car. Thanks guys.

I hear bad things about jiffy lube all the time. I can’t speak for the other ones but this one I can definitely speak for and can’t complain about, this one is the best. They never do me wrong, never give me a hard time, always get my vehicle straight. I wanna give a HUGE thank you to Wes and his employees. They’re ALWAYS nice, kind, polite every time I go there

This was by far the best experience I've ever had when getting my car serviced! The entire team (chastidee, terry, christinia and Jeremie) was incredibly friendly, honest and quick! Really great team here, I can’t recommend this jiffy lube enough!

I came today to do my oil change, I don’t know really anything about that, and they provide me with really good info about my car, wish kind the oil I need, tips for maintenance my car in good condition, the manager and staff are really nice, the store it’s clean and always have fresh coffee and tv for the waiting, I absolutely recommend this place to the people and I came back in the future good location and prices !!

I have been going to this location since 2017 approximately twice per year, and I would like to mention I have never had a problem with any maintenance they have done to my car. However, since the rise of inflation post-covid in 2021, EVERY time I have gone in they try to upsell me on something. I will go in every time saying, "I really only need the oil change today, nothing else," and they will tell me up to 3 times that I really NEED whatever upsell. I know nothing about cars, which is mostly on me, but I find it hard to believe that my car needs a new filter, fluid, or something I've never even heard of EVERY time I go in there. Never had this problem at another location, so I'll probably switch locations moving forward.

Went in for an oil and fuel filter change. I noticed that they did not have the right tool to takeoff the oil filter, and I got worried immediately. I sat in the waiting area until one of the managers asked me to come out and try and start my vehicle. It wouldn’t start. Every alert was on my truck And I needed to get my vehicle towed from their location to a dealership to get everything reset. All I wanted was an oil change so that I could get home 2 1/2 hours from Charlottesville. Instead, I got two employees earning wages for sitting at Jiffy Lube for about 3 1/2 hours And then additional time while we were at the dealership. Incompetent is the only word that I can use to describe that business. As a mechanic myself, I know if I’ve done something wrong. I’m a small business owner and I always admit when I’ve done something wrong. That is not the position of management at this Jiffy Lube. They charged me for the services they provided, even though it appears they broke my truck. I won’t know until the mechanic has a look at it tomorrow. Employees Earning hourly wages, and additional hotel room, additional meals for my guys, a tow truck bill, and a mechanics bill coming from a dealership. I would recommend to not go there. It will be the most expensive oil change you’ve ever had in your life. Update: They took apart the main wiring harness to all of my trucks controls, while changing the fuel filter, and didn’t put it back together properly. Also, they stripped the bolt that holds the fuel filter housing together. Towing bill, mechanics fees, Uber ride to the dealership, 2 hotel rooms for me and the guys, more time waiting at the dealership the next day, meals and wages for my guys while we are forced to be out of town… It tally’s up to over $1,000. They want to reimburse me for the tow fee and the dealership fee. That’s not even half of what they cost me with this unnecessary and costly mistake. This doesn’t even include the jobs and profitability of the projects that I couldn’t get to because of them. Very sloppy work! Rookie mechanics. I saw an ambulance in there today. I couldn’t help but to worry for the patients of Charlottesville. This was really a stupid mistake. If you take apart a huge plug, wouldn’t you put it back together? I would. I can’t give zero, or negative stars, but that would be more like it. All the while, their crew was blaming my truck due to some “transmission recall”. That wasn’t the case here. This was all done by their own sloppy mistakes. USE A REAL MECHANIC! Don’t go here.

DISHONEST SET OF PEOPLE!! They snapped a piece of my radiator while checking my battery. They acknowledged that they did it and assured me they would replace it, the store manager even called his manager to verify they could replace it. So I had to leave my car over night. Instead they did the exact thing I asked them NOT too do. They shaved more off the insert in hopes that the tube would fit without the support bezels on the side. Then they called me and told me they replaced the whole thing like we agreed, when clearly they DID NOT. It's STILL LEAKING!!. They did this to me, a repeat customer. And they still have the audacity to ask their customers for a good Google review. Shame on them. PICTURES AS PROOF!

THE WORST BUSINESS I’VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! Went in for an oil change while we were there from out of town, was told we needed new tires… service guys couldn’t even get my tires off! Had to call in help from a different location… our brand new tire BLEW out on I-77 on way back to Charlotte! Thanking God we are alive! They put the wrong size tire on my vehicle and damaged the TPMS valve. Heather has been awful to deal with and hasn’t even issued a refund for performing services they clearly are not qualified to perform AND putting our lives at risk! DO NOT TAKE THE RISK!

They let me get my oil changed 30 mins before close, another place had turned me down so I called Jiffy Lube and they happily told me to come and they would help me out. I really really appreciated them being so willing and friendly about it.

GREAT SERVICE! They was diligent when I called to assure they had the filter and oil I preferred and gave me a price over the phone. I arrived amd everything was smooth, JIFFY and just as promised. We have 2 high end cars and I am comfortable to let them service them both! 5 star all the way.

I stopped by as my car indicated that my tire pressure was low and needed to be checked right away. Wes helped me out and got everything set... and wouldn't take any payment. Very helpful, especially since it's a new car and the warning light came on suddenly. Thanks to Wes for the help!

We were visiting from out of town and needed a quick repair to a piece under the front bumper. Almost before I got out of the car, Hunter had already asked how he could help. He fixed the issue without us having to wait at all, and didn’t even charge us for his trouble. I can’t recommend Hunter and Wes enough. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Lazy mechanics here, and their other location just up the road. Always says it’s going to be an hour, and it never is, techs are just lazy and want you to go to their other location. Plus, they didn’t put a sticker on stating when oil needs changed again. Tells me I shouldn’t get conventional oil cuz it doesn’t lubricate like synthetic… Poor, poor, poor.

Don’t go here, go elsewhere, change your own oil. They are charging $100. The staff are a miserable lot. The man who greeted me looked as if he subsisted entirely on used motor oil and gas stations taquitos judging by his teeth, or lack thereof.
