I’m very disappointed that Jiffy Lube would require me to purchase unnecessary headlight polishing before they would pass my car for North Carolina inspection. The headlights were well within illumination capability required by North Carolina law

I went to this Jiffy Lube recently so that my daughter could get her oil changed on her car. She’s a teenager so I’m not comfortable with her going by herself just yet. The gentlemen at this location took great care of her. I had the pleasure of meeting Cam and what a phenomenal and honest individual. He was very patient with us. I highly recommend.

I came in to get a full service done on my car, and they did amazing, especially cameron, he caught a couple of my fluids that were almost empty and showed me how to fill them up and what type of fluids my car needs. I will definitely be coming back to jiffy lube

I go here for inspections (only thing I'd go there for at this point), but I think I'm going to look elsewhere. Even for an inspection, they pull your cabin air filter and main air filter and try to sell you new ones. This time, they didn't even put either one back in properly. Thankfully, I replaced the cabin air filter myself the day after, because I found the tray in backwards and the filter smushed up in there. Then I decided I should check the air filter, just in case, and the cover was not clipped down to stay closed. Terrible. Just don't go here.

3:00 12/19/24: This place has gone down hill since one particular person Isn’t there anymore. One person doing all the work and one lazy person turning customers away. At least 3 customers turned away with only 1 car in the bay. This is how you lose customers for life.

Everyone was friendly and service was quick. I did feel like I was pressured into a coolant flush that I’m not sure if I needed and then was not able to get the tire rotation that came with the “winter special” because tires were in the right position (good tires already in the front). Probably my fault for not knowing these things when I went in, but I left wishing I had just taken the time to make an appointment and go my regular mechanic . They did not leave a sticker to let me know When my next oil change is due or clear the messages off my dash. I felt like service was sloppy for the amount of Money that I paid. It was very expensive.

Inspection stations should not be able to sell/fix what fails a vehicle. Jiffy lube fails me at one location for tires (tons of tread, looked fine). Buy 4 tires and go back, they've lost their inspection license. Go to this jiffy lube in Matthew's and they rerun the full inspection and give me the runaround on my wipers. Mind you the last place a week before said nothing of thr wipers. It was also raining that day so I know 100% they work perfect. Tried to tell me even though they look good, if they stutter a little or jump then they aren't functioning right and they won't pass me unless I buy wipers from them. I argue and they stick to their guns. I asked if they ran the wipers dry or used the spray, any wipers would jump a little on a dry shield, they lie and say they did. Stay away from jiffy lube, they will do whatever they can to sell their poor parts to you, including threaten to fail you.

Awful experience. I was told the headlights didn’t work, I was quoted a price to replace them. I told them I would replace them and come back to be reinspected. As I drove to the auto parts shop, I noticed the lights worked when the car was running. How did the mechanic not know this (guessing he did). I returned to Jiffy Lube, they said yes, they did not work, I showed them that they did work, then one said I still failed b/c the rear window tint was too dark. I told them last year an actual dealership passed the car, they said the tint would need to come off. The $140 for an oil change confirmed this to be a mistake all the way around.
