I needed an oil change and I really wanted the compliment VACCUM. Josh didn't vacuum when I went back he sd he did with all the debris in the floor then sd well I will do it. I sd forget it I will do myself!!! What other corner did he cut unbeknownst to me. Slacking!!!

I received a car inspection & oil change. Only took about 20 mins. I came with a coupon but the worker offered me a better one. They even vacuumed my car!! 10/10

I recently relocated to NC but usually get my cars serviced at a Jiffy Lube; this location was the closest to my house. At first glance, the building and surrounding area is a bit run-down. However, the customer service and maintenance service quality made up for shabby appearances! I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, so there was very little time waiting, which I appreciate because I had my baby come along with me. Joshua greeted me and was kind and professional. Thank you for an easy, in-and-out maintenance service! I’ll be back for the next tune-up.

Just got an inspection completed and the air compressor wasn't working so they couldn't fill my tires to the recommended air pressure. Not only that but the guy actually let me drive off with an unlatched hood! I had to pull over on the side of the road and latch it myself which is crazy unsafe! I will not be going back to this location ever again.

They were all nice and helpful but they need help,more workers because they were all over the place and it made things slow and no one told me my car was ready, I had to ask???

Waited around for an hour and a half for them to tell me “unfortunately we can not change your oil”. I have a rounded out drain plug, they said they could extract it, or plan B they could suck the old oil through the dip stick. After they told me they couldn’t do either, I drove to the Mathews Mint-Hill location and they helped me out with no hang ups.

Yesterday September 6, 2024 I went to change the oil and today when I went out to drive, the bottom cover fell off and broke, I went back to jiffy lube on Harris boulevard and the manager got upset and didn't even want to talk to me when the one who should be mad was me. To make matters worse, he said that this cover was not necessary and that my vehicle could operate without it. It is better to wait at the dealership than to risk it in these types of places. I hope you will contact me please so that I can replace the part. Ayer 6 de septiembre 2024 fui a cambiar el aceite y hoy cuando salí a manejar, la tapadera de abajo se cayó y se desbarató, regresé a jiffy lube en Harris boulevard y el encargado se molestó y ni siquiera quería hablar conmigo cuando el que debería estar molesto soy yo. Para colmo dijo que esa tapa no era necesaria y que mi vehículo podía funcionar sin ella. Es mejor esperar en el concesionario que arriesgar en este tipo de sitios. Espero se comuniquen conmigo por favor para que me repongan la pieza.
