I had the worst experience first I came to get oil change the guy was not nice rude can’t understand anything he says offering all these services which the vehicle doesn’t have issue which I feel like whoever made my vehicle have an issue asked for windshield wipers didn’t install correctly didn’t vacuum car or anything charge 150 dollars for poor service I promise I will never visit this location you can’t trust nobody to be honest and service your vehicle without having to turn around go somewhere else to find out you didn’t get the service you asked for that’s sad how this establishment treats people ridiculous

Amar- I believe was the name of the technician that serviced my car today was extremely nice, informative and detailed with my service. I was the first person there, although he treated me with the most upmost respect, and presented happy to be at work. I shared with him that he performed tasks that the other technicians who worked on my car at this location has never did, and I have been coming there for 4+ years. This location is certainly blessed to have Amar working there. He truly seems to enjoy his job and the customers that he serves.

I don't live in the area of this Jiffy Lube but I travel all the way here because the customer service is always top-tier, efficient, and done in a timely fashion. I don't have a long wait when I visit. I will always visit this Jiffy Lube. Thanks for the great service.

Poor Customer Service. I’m so upset. Not only was I referred to this location from the Jiffy Lube in Matthew-Mint and they communicated directly with the manager at this location informing him I was in route from Matthew to him which took 38 minutes. I arrive in that exact time and the manager said he let his mechanic go 15 mins ago because it was slow. I said “but you know I was coming and in route“ all he did was apologize. I also learned that all three locations thag failed me are independently owned but under the same franchise owner CISA Lubes NC, LLC. I called in a formal complaint. In my 7yrs of consistently usinf Jiffy Lube in Germantown, Maryland I’ve never had an issue. I’m so pissed.

My experience was very pleasant . I received a oil change I like how they allowed me to see what my car needed before they charge me anything. Some places don't allow the customer to see what they are doing.they knew what I needed for my car. The restroom was very nice and clean The garage was in order and very neat. Loved the waiting Area Very clean and Smelled so good 💖 the staff was very friendly. I was so happy to see the young man being productive and doing a beautiful job. very respectable to The manager Mr.Shane .I like how he took his time and did not RUSH to put on The my new tires because I knew some of the lugs was hard to get off but he didn't complain 🤝🏾. My Husband and I was very happy and we will be back. Thanks 🙏🏽🛐✝️

Seems like young kids working but it wasn’t line how Jiffy use to be. Didn’t check my tires, vacuumed or nothing. Just wanted to upsale for oil change service.

Silas was a great help. He gave me all the information I needed for the next time I come as well as when I should come. Sometimes hearing out loud is just as good as reading it. He was a big help. I’m truly satisfied with the service.

The experience there was terrible and the techs and management were very incompetent, rude and unprofessional, they failed to put my oil plug on correctly and try to tell me my vehicle already had this problem when I brought it in and insulted my intelligence, as if I’m going to drive my car off with leaking oil, and try to come up with a reason I should replace my oil pan just because I had high mileage, but caused the oil plug problem on purpose, and the manager got cocky and said to me not to bring the car back, now why would I go back when I thought I was going to have to get my son to come tow it back home.
