I came in today for an inspection and an oil change. I thought everything was fine, went back to work after my lunch break. On my way home, I noticed my gas pedal was noticeably harder to push. When I pushed on the accelerator, there was a whistling sound like something wasn’t sealed correctly. I remembered they tried to get me to replace my filters there and I politely declined because it’s cheaper at any auto parts place and I can do it myself. I thought, surely they put everything back right… they didn’t, they put the filter back in upside down, meaning it never sealed correctly. Something so simple and they lazily put it on incorrectly to the point it was impacting how my car drove. Do not bring your car here.

10/10 would recommend! Que was so helpful, kind, and very personable. The entire team was engaging and nice. He took the time to explain why and how I need to take better care of my car. I came here as I was in the area and needed to get an emissions test ASAP, I will be making the 20 minute drive to come here from here on out.

The people there were super nice but my fiancé and I went to get a simple tire patched for a small leak and within 2 days the tire had gone flat again. When I called to find out if they would replace it for free because of the poor job that was done they said that they couldn’t do that due to policies. As I stated before the folks there were very nice and kind but because of this issue we will not be going back.

Joe fixed an engine noise I couldn't figure out and changed my plugs and wires in about an hour. Quentin and the other mechanics were super knowledgeable and super nice guys. Excellent service. These guys 100% have my business from now on

This is the absolute worst place to go for an oil change. The service is bad. The guy at the front desk is rude. Its nothing but over an priced shady business. When i didnt want any of their add ons, the rudeness just got worse.

10/10 Quentin and his team are exceptional. They are a tremendous asset to Jiffy Lube. I arrived uncertain about my car's issues, and they quickly identified the problem. The service they provided went above and beyond as they thoroughly explained the issues and the best way to resolve it.This is definitely the best Jiffy Lube in Charlotte, and I will continue to return for any future car maintenance.

Went into this location on a Thursday morning 11/21/24 I was told that the tech would be in at 9 am to check my battery so I waited. Apparently the guy got there but no one told me that he wouldn’t be able to get to me that day until I asked someone after waiting about 40 minutes. So they basically had me sitting there wasting my valuable time. Next time I go I will be sure to call first and ask for Daryl as he has previously worked on my car and did a great job and didn’t waste my time. My point is I don’t like my time being wasted especially considering that I had to be at work. So if I would have never asked I would have probably wasted lord know how much more time there. Next time please keep your customers updated as we all live busy lives and have other things to do.

Mechanic told me my flat tire wasn’t patchable and that I needed to buy a set of new tires at $250 a piece + labor. I said BS, went across the street to Napa Auto and bought a patch kit for $6 and patched the tire myself. It has been two weeks and the tire is great- zero leak. Classic sleezy mechanic move. I would bet this tactic is used a lot at this location- AVOID AT ALL COSTS
