My experience at jiffy lube was pretty ideal. I brought my 2009 Audi in and waited no more than 20 minutes and my oil change was already done. All the employees were super nice and helpful as well.

All of the employees were very nice. That being said, and maybe some of this is my fault, I am on a limited budget. Here’s what happened: I asked manager how long it would take. She said 15-30 minutes. Fast forward two hours, I was still there. My car is older (1995 Land Cruiser) and certainly needed some maintenance. I told the manager that I could only afford $490. She offered that quote, and then told me she could offer significant discounts to bring that amount even lower. Upon completion of service (2.5 hours in the waiting room), mechanic showed me a bill for nearly $800. As previously mentioned, I couldn’t afford that, but the I of course had to pay for the service, otherwise I could not get my car back. And then….oil and transmission light comes on when I leave. Dear lord please deliver me from these types of experiences. Definitely a learning experience.

The oil change went OK but I asked for regular oil instead of synthetic and they put in the synthetic anyway - much more expensive. I also got a dirty look from an employee when I was waiting to pay for the service. The only reason I go there is because it is close to my house.

Absolutely terrible service. With only one vehicle in front of me, I was stuck there for over an hour. Workers refused to take their dirty gloves off before getting in my truck, leaving dirt and residue in my truck interior after I just cleaned it. They called me to the counter to pay and wouldn’t take my discount coupon that I was just emailed from Jiffy Lube less than a week ago, that doesn’t expire for another four weeks. The worker then leaves me at the counter for over 10 minutes standing there waiting to pay. I had to ask another worker who passed through to get the other to return to helping me. I paid well over $100 for a simple oil change, which I received, as well as poor, dirty, careless, forgetful, and lazy work ethic. Once I finally made it back to my truck, I realized they never thought/attempted to reset my oil life. I will never be returning to the Jiffy Lube, Bozeman location unless there is a drastic change in employees and management!

If there was a zero star I'd put that. Only came here bc speedy lube, the place i always go to, was closed and i needed an oil change pronto. This place is a joke. I paid $142 for a basic oil change for 5/20 oil in my toyota, definitely did not budget for this price! And what they don't tell u is they charge extra for windshield wipers fluid etc. Ive never in my life paid SO much for an oil change. Took my sons car to speedy lube today and it was $60 for everything and they r super awesome, even washed all his windows. could've paid for 3 oil changes doing it myself for the price of these guys. Also the checklist they will check off everything and not even do them. they checked all the stuff off on mine and NOTHING was done, hell they didn't even give me a new sticker for my window or turn off my change oil light in my car but boy they sure marked they did. Lazy! And they never answer the phone in order to correct any issues. Stay away from this place IT'S HORRIBLE!

Fast friendly, and priced right. The team here at jiffy lube Bozeman is quick to get you in the right lane and into the office so they can start working on your car as soon as possible. Took me about 20 minutes and I was back out the door. Great service great price, would recommend coming back.

I’ve visited this place twice since moving here for university. They handled my oil change quickly and assisted with replacing my headlight bulb when the lever to remove the bulb was stuck. They were honest and respectful overall. I will return for any car maintenance I cannot do myself.

If you’re going to charge $95 for an oil change then you better be able to add the correct amount of new oil. I guess being half a quart overfilled is better than underfiled but still it shouldn’t be that difficult. While traveling across Montana this December I needed an oil change for my Subaru Crosstrek. Rather than push my oil for another 1,000 miles I stopped at Jiffy Lube in Bozeman. I’m always leery of rapid oil change businesses because I know a number of people who’ve driven off without their drain plug installed, installed without a crush washer, under tightened and leaking, or underfilled with new oil. Before I left the Jiffy Lube lot I checked my dipstick to make sure that there was at least oil on it but because the engine had just been running determining the exact fill amount wasn’t possible. After getting home a few days later I checked my oil level in the morning after the car has set overnight. The oil level was inches above the max fill hole. I change my own oil; the manual says 4.7 quarts; I buy a 5 quart jug, pull off a measured 9.5 ounces; after refilling the new oil level comes up to the upper hole on the dipstick. Every single time! I’ve got a big syringe with a two foot piece of tubing fitted to the tip. I removed the dipstick and slid the tubing in to pull off the excess oil. It’s a two ounce syringe and eight draws later I’ve got the oil level down to just above the max fill hole. Figuring for a little air at the top of the syringe offset by oil in the tubing I was 16 ounces overfilled - that’s half a quart. If a guy in his driveway in northern Wisconsin in the middle of winter can manage to add the correct amount of new oil then why can’t a business that does nothing but oil changes get it right?
