I love this place. Incredibly friendly staff, knowledgeable and very good at what they do. I highly recommend jiffy lube, especially this location. Used to be a Valvoline customer and now I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Randy, Jeff and Jody were fantastic. Absolutely the best service you can get. Thorough, detailed and extremely customer driven. Highly recommend this team to have your car work done and oil changed.

Had to return today to get more work done. (Won’t be my last time lolol….) thank you again Ricky and Nick!! Quick to get me in and super friendly. Especially for not making me feel bad about my mess of a car 😂 I swear I’ll be back for the rest. Nick was seriously amazing! So helpful and didn’t try to upsell me on things I did not need. As a girl getting car stuff done is stressful but this was my first good experience. Will definitely be coming back :) thank you for your help today nick!

I’m revising my review after taking my car to Big O Tires they informed me that you guys over filled my oil by a quart and a half. Nick tried to sell me brake all the way around I only needed the front the rear are pretty much new .

After an absolutely horrible experience at a different company (Take 5) I am so happy I came in to this jiffy lube today. Immediately upon arriving I was greeted by a smiling face. Nick showed and thoroughly explained what is going on with my old car. I didn't feel like he was too pushy trying to sell something he was just helpful. I will always come back to this jiffy lube. Service was fast and was friendly as well.

I had never been to a jiffy lube, but I left with a high level of confidence. The staff was very friendly and provided quick service. Nick especially gave great service and advise on taking care of my car. I will be back!

I had no issues with my Honda Pilot. Went in to Jiffy Lube Meridian for an oil change. Was told the rear and front differentials were leaking. I wasn’t prepared for a big expense and I needed to budget for it. After car sat in driveway for a day I noticed a rather large oil leak. I called and took car back in to have it checked. They said the oil plug wasn’t tightened. After a few more days it was still leaking. Mentioned this to my neighbor and he (diesel mechanic) went under to see what was going on. Well, guess what? Both the back differential plug AND the oil plug were not completely tightened. (See pictures below.). I have not had a leak since my neighbor has tightened the plugs. I will not go back to Jiffy Lube!

I just left this location. I asked them if they could cut some wrapped twine off my axel. The kind staff took care of it and didn’t charge me. We even came up with a joke story as to how I had managed to acquire so much fiber under my car, since I didn’t know how it really happened. Very friendly, prompt, and helpful. Thank you guys ☺️ Photo is of what I was able cut off around my tire before zipping over to Jiffy Lube :)

I would give Nick 10 stars if I could. No upselling and very knowledgeable. My car feels better than it ever has. Never felt lost during the Jiffy Lube process. Nick is the man.

If they had six stars, I'd click it! It's fun to watch this team, through the waiting room viewing windows, cooperate and communicate like an NFL football team. They call out to each other, double-check each other's work, and do all this with safety and efficiency in mind. They looked like they were having fun! This is not your regular Jiffy Lube! I highly, highly recommend it.

The whole team is very friendly and truly gives their full effort to take care of your needs. I was In desperate need of essential maintenance on my vehicle and with my low income the team found a way to make the money I had work to cover the costs. Definitely will come back !
