UNTRUSTWORTHY Missed an entire axle of brakes! My husband took my car to this location last year to get my front and rear axle brakes replaced in January 2024. There were multiple issues after said replacement and had to be brought back multiple times for adjustments to them. Fast forward to this January 2025. I take my car in for a routine oil change at a different jiffy lube closer to my house. They tell me my front brakes are down to 2mm and need replaced asap. I informed him I got them replaced last year at this jiffy lube location so it should be in the system. Sure enough I'm in the system and paid for BOTH front and rear brakes to be done. And he clarified that my front brake pads were NOT replaced, and my families safety has been at risk this whole time. I was also ripped off 400 plus dollars for said "brake replacement" I'm going to this original location today to discuss options about my money and work being honored like it should be. I'm not sure how that happens, but someone dropped the ball, and something horrible could've happened. Please honor your work! Update: brought the car in and had it "inspected" today, they tell me there's nothing wrong with the front brakes. I'm suspicious of how it all went down, so I got second and third opinions at two more car shops including a different jiffy lube to double check their check. All the other certified mechanics from different shops I've taken my car to have told me they are blatantly lying to me at this location about my front brakes being done, and even brought me in to show them how bad they are. And man they are really worn down to 2mm and its not okay. When confronted over the phone by a mechanic, they lied about my brakes being fine. They are not fine. They are at 2mm on a rainbow gage, very obviously not replaced recently. Get your shit together and honor your work guys. I'm not sure where to go from here, but this is not okay to take advantage of people. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR CAR

I have always had signature service and have been happy. However this time exterior windows and interior vacuuming was not performed. Don't know if that service has been eliminated but have enjoyed it in the past. Guys were very professional otherwise.

The staff at this location lied to my face about my brakes needing to be worked on. I came in for an oil change in September, and was advised that my rear brakes were worn down to 3mm, in the red, and that they needed work to the tune of $400-$700. I didn’t do anything that day because I was suspicious because my car is pretty new. I went to my dealership for routine maintenance and they checked my rear brakes, and they are only worn 1mm from new as of today. Upselling is one thing, and I understand that it’s part of the business. But this is outright deception and is unacceptable.

Called in this morning when my check engine light went on, Randy answered and told me to come on in! When I got there the guys were able to get my car in right away to run codes. Geoffrey, Chase, Jacob, & Randy were all super communicative at explaining what exactly the issues were; they even showed me “before and afters” of the parts that needed replacing. For someone who knows little about sensors this was incredibly appreciated. They also had time to get my oil changed while they were working on repairs! Very appreciative for their patience and amazing customer service, will be returning to this location from now on. Thanks again guys!

After this visit we cannot verify the oil and filter was changed. What we are sure of is what had NOT been done: NO tire pressure checked - low tire indicator was on NO transmission fluid checked - NA on the receipt NO coolant checked - Told it was low when it was full NO wiper fluid checked - Showed filled when it was emplty. Jiffy Lube with no wait on a Saturday afternoon should have been my que to go elsewhere. I'll give this one star because they were done doing nothing in about 10-minutes.

I have been using Jiffy Lube and this location specifically for years. They are my go to for any car services, and especially oil services. They are very well priced. I recently also got my battery changed. Service was quick and efficient, and every person there is so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

I went in to get my oil changed and battery maintenance. It was a bit more than that. I knew needed brakes, but was going to push it out a little longer. Dwayne got my truck all fixed up and very timely manner. Dwayne, Heather and the rest of the crew were very attentive and professional. Very disappointed in the ridiculous price increase used to be $65 now it was over $100 they said going to the store in meridian on overland would be cheaper. How are 2 different places having different prices? Guess it’s time to find a new place to service my vehicles.
