They didn’t perform the services they said they would and charged way too much for the service I got, had to bring it back to complete the services I was supposed to get then charged extra for it even though they told me it would be free of charge, added additional fees because my wife took it back while I was at work , and charged her more than what was agreed on over the phone definitely won’t go back, and don’t recommend women go there as they will try to take advantage of them!

Yarad it was absolutely amazing. They were very quick and efficient at jJiffy Lube on North Chester. The price was very reasonable I will forever be returning back there and sending customers that way. Thank you for the awesome service.

Friendly staff! I came here to get my battery checked and found out that it was running out of fluid. Both Sergio and his colleague helped refill the car battery with no cost. Definitely will be coming in to get my battery replaced at this shop.

I went for an oil change & to have my transmission fluid level checked. They found multiple issues, filters & spark plugs, for an example. Ending up spending way more than I had planned on, but it needed to be done.

Went in for oil change, and got the discount for going in on Tuesday. The oil technician Sergio was very friendly, did a great job. I felt he went above and beyond. Great customer service, awesome prices, atmosphere is good, very clean shop. This is my shop from now on. Thank you, Jiffy Lube!!

Worst customer service ever. I noticed Martin the manager there doing lines of coke instead of helping customers, he was very rude and took off for a long period of time and didn’t come back. Would not recommmend this jiffy lube location to anybody!!!!

I changed my oil 2 weeks ago and today while I was going to Visalia I got this notification from my car. If I could give jiffy lube 0 stars I would. Now I gotta go and change my oil again.

Amazing customer service. Made me feel valued and kept me in the loop the whole time. Usually I feel awkward when I bring my Escalade in for Oil changes, NOONE talks to me and keeps me updated on what's going on. That didn't happen here! Amazing guys! Friendly, professional and great customer service! If only all Jiffy Lubes were this way! I'll never forget you guys! Thank you!

Came to this establishment recently to get a high mileage oil change. I believe Carlos was the person that helped me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The service was quick and efficient. My overall experience was excellent.

The team at Jiffy Lube was excellent. They were efficient and comprehensive. They checked my vehicle for any safety and mechanical issues. They discussed pricing before and explained all work which I approved first. I liked going there because I know what to expect—good work, good service at a reasonable cost.
