Andres is super helpful. Everyone here is, but Andres went to extra steps for me, to explain what’s going on and even took pics to help me understand and explain to my father. He also recommended a place for me to go for my gasket repair, and when i came back to be sure my car wasn’t leaking oil, a few days after my change.. they double checked to be sure it was from my transmission afterall. They back up their work and they didn’t charge me for the double check /extra explanation. I also found out they change brakes, spark plugs, wipers, and all that here. I didn’t know they do so much, I’m definitely coming back when i need service again. Plus they have dope ass coupons online/through email making it a good value for your money. Thanks guys!

Jiffy lube has been my go to for years. When my scratch plate fell off, I bought the parts and it was replaced free of charge. When I needed an oil change last week, the inside of my car was vacuumed and tires rotated. I can only speak for the locations in Santa Cruz and Bakersfield on Ming Avenue: service is impeccable, patrons are given respect, and workers in need are employed. No complaints

"Very satisfied with Jiffy Lube's efficient service! Took my sedan in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The staff was professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly. Work was completed quickly, and they even checked for other potential issues. Prices were reasonable. Clean facility, free Wi-Fi, and refreshments - a plus! 5/5 stars, will definitely return for future maintenance."

The worst experience ever the worker name, Johnny or John he was nothing but clearing with me trying to get my number rejected a couple times, but he kept insisting so I just went to another Jiffy Lube and I believe he has a girlfriend

Took my Chevy in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival the team was welcoming, polite and kind. Was able to get things started as soon as I got there. It was my first time there and I’d happily return again. Aideon, Chris and Andres were hospitable and informative and communicated the services in a comfortable timely manner. I notified staff that it was my first time taking my vehicle anywhere for maintenance, as I usually change the oil myself. The professionalism, communication, and reassurance of every encounter with every employee there was unmatched to anywhere I've asked for help with something. "A job well done" is an understatement. What was most impressive was the time it took. Quick and very efficient.
