I had a wonderful experience here. These guys are not like other Jiffy Lube locations. They actually focus on taking care of the customer. I didn't feel like I was being upsold, and I had several things fixed on my car in under 30 minutes. I recommend Bret, he's a real no nonsense guy who helped me get back on the road as fast as possible but helping me keep my aging car running within my budget.

I brought my Kona here for an oil change and the staff was quick and professional. They had me in and out with air and fluids topped off and brand new wipers in about 15 min. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. Thanks Freddy for making the experience great!

Smh I went to this jiffy lube for a vehicle inspection, the Inspector failed my truck but couldn’t tell me why it failed but everything on my truck worked and functioned fine no lights were on. He just kept saying if you get it fixed within 2 weeks just bring it back free of charge, my response was get what fixed his response was I don’t know but after you fix it just bring it back……I ended up going up the street to a different jiffy lube to get clarity on what I need to fix and he told me nothing is wrong and passed my truck

This is the most honest jiffy lube I've ever been too everyone was super nice and straight. Bret went through and explained everything to me, would definitely recommend if you need a quick and affordable oil change.

Got an oil, oil filter change & air filter replaced here. Paid more than $200 to have these services. My truck needed more oil a few days later. Only to find that the oil filter wasn't even tightened!! What kind of astrocity is this? My truck had been leaking oil & I had to spend $60 to fill it back up! This could have done some major damage to my motor. This is totally unacceptable! What can be done to prevent this?

I love going to this location. The manager and the staff are very helpful, patient, and courteous, and they explain everything they will do before they do it. This is the only location that I go to. Thank you again for everything, gentlemen.

Desde hace 13 años que manejo y tengo que hacer cambio de aceite al carro siempre voy a este lugar; siempre me atiende la misma persona o esta al pendiente de que su personal esté trabajando correctamente, por mi experiencia siempre he tenido buen trato, me explican todo lo que le hicieron a mi carro y lo que tengo que hacer para cuidar mejor mi carro. Desde mi experiencia lo recomiendo

Muy mal servicio llevé mi carro con a un cambio de aceite llegué me estacionaron como 25 minutos luego me hicieron pasar y cuando pasaron mi carro le entró un clavo y no se hicieron responsables el manager nomás me corrio enojado cuando le reclame 07/22/24 11:00Am

This place took care of me, they had great customer service, didn't try to sell me other stuff that my car didn't need. It went by quickly.
