Employees were revving my engine unnecessarily and laughing around, I did not bring my car to the shop to be played around with … oil was changed, but there is an apparent leak near the oil filter that was obviously not checked. My tires were supposed to be rotated checked, but I had to go to another garage the same day to get a tire puncture fixed. I would’ve expected something like this to be verified by the mechanics. I will not be coming back to Jiffy Lube.

The Riverside location has been the best one in my opinion for Austin. These guys have always been swift and get you in and out.

Highway robbery. Not only they acted like they are doing me a favor to do an oil change. They quoted 167.99 for 8.3 quarts of synthetic. That’s highway robbery. Going rate is $95 everywhere else. Also they are not doing inspections anymore.

I would've given a 5 star but I had a tech that was being trained and it showed, no offense, while watching him he did the oil and filter right, but even as the check in guy told me they would check and top off all fluids, that didn't happen, and it was even printed on my receipt that it was done but I still like Jiffy lube.

Took my car in a couple weeks ago for an oil change and they noticed a small leak from the drain plug. Brought it back to get some more oil and they installed the new plug free of charge. Would pick them over my dealership! Great staff!

It really is bonkers to leave a Google Review for your oil change place, but I have such a good experience at the Jiffy Lube on Riverside each time I go. Everyone is always extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they all seem like they enjoy working together too.

Jesse and Daniel were amazing! They were so kind, professional and knowledgeable. They walked me through options and educated me with my oil change and some technical issues I was experiencing with my car. They were transparent and super helpful! Highly recommend both of them, best experience I’ve had yet with the company and the Oltorf location!

Last week I took my daughter’s car into get an oil change for her. Unfortunately while the team started to do the oil change on her 2011 Mini Cooper a plastic piece from the engine broke off. It wasn’t the fault of anyone at Jiffy Lube and they showed me how the part was old and had been disintegrating . This did change how my afternoon looked as I had to leave the car with them. Stan explained what happened and quickly found the part at Mini of Austin and drove up himself to get the part. Several hours later the Mini was fixed, the oil change was done and the filters were changed. Unfortunately I couldn’t get back to Jiffy Lube for about an hour after they closed. I asked them to just leave the keys on the back tire. I also asked if I could pay my bill over the phone but they wouldn’t take payment and were apologetic for what happened. I knew it wasn’t their fault, in fact they probably did my daughter a favour fixing a part that was disintegrating that broke unexpectedly, yet they still took responsibility and went above my expectations. When I arrived to pick up the car Stan had waited to ensure the car got back to me safely as he was uncomfortable leaving the car in the area after they had closed. I know this was a tough afternoon for Stan but he went out of his way for us. I am SO appreciative and grateful for the customer service that he showed us. He truly went above and beyond. I am very thankful!

My SUV had been in the repair shop for the last month so as soon as I got it back, I took it to get inspection for the (09) registration sticker. It was a Saturday and, despite this location not doing inspections on Saturday, Kristie made room to get mine done. I was in and out within 15 minutes. They are considerate and efficient. I'll definitely be going back to this location even if we move further away.

My partner and I were visiting from New Orleans and noticed an oil leak in our 2020 Santa Fe l. This was the best oil change experience we’ve ever had. The customer service is outstanding and the manager (Scott) was very helpful knowledgeable. It was complete hands-on —- nothing like we’ve ever experienced! You won’t be disappointed! Love this guys!

The staff is great here very kind! everyone I spoke to was so nice! they helped me with getting an oil change and even gave me a boost! I ended up getting some other services as well due to their hospitality! This was my first time here and I will definitely be returning back
