If I could give zero stars I would. I took my truck here for a simple oil change a couple months back and they didn’t put my oil filter back on properly and it leaked oil all over my starter. My car was having trouble starting ever since and after spending money on multiple other parts to try and find the problem myself I discovered my starter was the issue. Once I got to replacing the starter I realized it was covered in oil and there was my problem. This is due to negligence I’m sure. Do not trust this jiffy lube. And to the owner, your karma will come for putting peoples lives in danger.

Do not try and get a state inspection done here. They don’t have an inspector on site.

I stopped by to have them check my oil level and check my tires. They drained and then filled up the oil and checked my tire pressure—all as a courtesy. I will be coming here for all future oil changes!!

All the workers were very friendly. Price was decent and I was in and out of the place in 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

My truck started knocking in the engine and when I took it to a mechanic, he said the last person to do my oil change left it loose underneath and almost all the oil leaked out. Now I’m dealing with engine damage that could be Irreparable, thanks Jiffy Lube

The staff were communicative, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The two people that worked on my car took the time to show me how my car worked and were friendly. The service was great and I’ll be taking my car here in the future.

2 stars for fast service. Minus 3 stars for overcharging and adding services not needed and pretending to add a coupon only to remove it at checkout. Shady service members. Stay away. Save your money and go to another service station. Not this location.

I'm giving this location a 5-star review after my oil change 3 days ago. Joe was incredible. It was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and he communicated with me what my car needed and didn't need. I was in and out in a jiffy.... get it? Thanks JOE! You're the man!

For some reason this Jiffy lube location will not pickup the phone! I’ve tried calling them for days to see what the wait times are for vehicle inspections and no one will pickup the phone. Yesterday I gave up and just drove to the location. There were 5 employees present but apparently that’s not enough to have someone answer the phone? 4 years since I posted this review - Same problem, no one will pick up the phone 🤷‍♂️

I have been a customer here for over 5 years. I came today for a regular oil change on my ‘02 truck. I don’t mind waiting to get serviced. However, a 1 hour wait is absurd with only 2 cars in front of you. I finally make it into the bay (not to receive any smiles or warm welcome), only for the gentleman to tell me they don’t have unleaded oil, only the full synthetic which is $92 fill up. Why not have a sign or say that before making me wait an hour. Are you serious?! I will not be coming back. Happy to take my business elsewhere.

Ran out of oil filters. Manager said corporate limits their order volume and delivery drivers only wait 5-10 min for drop off... as a customer, that's not good enough.

Gosh, I wish I knew the guys' names who helped me. With an Audi A6 that has a need for multiple quarts of full synthetic, it was not cheap, but at least $55 below the dealership and the guys were fun and fast. Terrific. On Brodie Lane in S. Austin.

Be warned, don’t go here. i went here for oil changes and inspections for 15 years. It seemed convenient, but with hindsight should have gone elsewhere. I would have saved so much time over the years. Lately for example, I’m Second in line for an auto inspection. The tech does the first one and then chats and jokes with the guy for 45min. Like, from 9am till 9:45 ! (Yeah I timed it, I was trying to get my inspection done before a 10am appointment, that’s why I was there since 8:30am, 30 min before they start doing inspections) the tech took 5 min to inspect the car then chats for 40 more minutes ! There’s a fair amount of people behind me waiting as well and they only do inspections from 9am till noon. So, does he plan on doing 4-5 total all day ? There were more than that behind me already. Anyways, over the years I’ve had them change the oil and leave it a quart low, once they changed my oil but not my filter and they always gave me estimates of time that were hours short of reality. If all the other oil change places are busy with an hour wait but these guys are not, there is a reason. Probably thousands of reasons.

I rolled up to the Brodie location to get fluids refreshed and Shannon found a pen stuck in the reservoir runoff. He explained that with the low fluids and the pen lodged in the runoff - the engine would’ve overheated and blown. The man literally saved me from buying a new car. He topped up all the fluids and now has a customer for life. -AmyS

It was ok they didn't listen and used the synthetic oil when I told them not to and the undercarriage was damaged after the oil change.so will not be going back to them

The team who services my car is FANTASTIC!! However the parent company is deplorable and allows for an inhumane work environment. This crew was friendly and competent even though they were suffering through the intense Texas heat. The location at 8602 Brodie Lane has NOT had functional Air Conditioning for a MONTH!! These poor employees and customers are suffering in 100°+ temperatures!!! With the heat index it feels like 110-115°!! This is unacceptable and creates a cruel and inhumane work environment. I have been your customer for over 20 years and this is no way to treat employees and customers. I am hopping mad that you care so little for the humans who make you a profitable company. You should be ashamed at how poorly you treat your hardworking employees.

They bill you for full synthetic but will only put synthetic blend (cheap) one. And after coupons the price is still same that their website estimates. Not worth going to jiffy lube and just doing it somewhere else
