I came in for an oil change because my car said it was low. Christina was awesome and said the reading was wrong and I didn't need one yet and to come back in 2 months and that she would fill up for me. Honest folks and super appreciative that they push for service that was not needed.

Super fast service. The guys were super helpful and explained everything to me. As a woman, it’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, especially when you drive up to one alone. I felt like these guys were incredibly helpful and did not talk over my head as if I did not understand what was going on with my car. They even offered a coupon that helped take a significant chunk out of the cost and I really appreciate that! Thanks guys!

Got great service. They even checked my air filter and saw the last place didn't replace my screws and would have given me some, but they didn't have my size. When I don't have time to do my oil changes myself I'll be coming here! Leslie and Christina did a great job!

I got my oil changed a week and a half ago but got a low oil message. I brought it back in and Christina personally took care of me with incredible service. She found a faulty filter, replaced it topped off the oil, coolant and wiper fluid. 20 out of 10. I could not have asked for better service. She was truly exceptional. I will continue to come back to this location because I know that they will make it right.

I went for an oil change but my car had the wrong limiter set for an oil change needed. In reality I had 2000 more miles left before an oil change was needed. They helped me save money and time. Also gave me a sticker with the correct mileage when an oil change is required. I have been to this location they are absolute professionals at what they do and will take care of you.

Great experience with the oil change here. Everyone was friendly and didn’t talk down to me which is a rare experience for me with car maintenance. They found a stripped filter cap from a previous oil change at a different shop and replaced it free of charge even though it wasn’t their mistake. Thanks Victoria and Jackson!

Incredible service! Martin & Jackson are the best! It's a little out of my way but because they were so professional & friendly, I will make the trip just because of them. I drive a lot for my business & I'm now confident my car is in better hands with these 2 guys. They shared numerous tips on how to keep my car running efficiently. Took one of my fleet vehicle's to this location and the experience was nothing short of amazing ! They got a fast approval from our leasing company and got the oil changed and fluids topped off rather quickly. Jackson, Victoria and the rest of the team were very pleasant and friendly.

Went to get my oil changed last wednesday... driving to work Monday, my check engine light comes on and engine overheats. Turns out they forgot to put my radiator cap back on when topping off the coolant. After getting towed, turns out I need a complete engine rebuild... $7k!! Trying to reach out to managers, district managers, corporate multiple times. no response from anyone. Next step is obtaining a lawyer. Disgusted how I'm being treated. Avoid this place at all cost -as of Monday 3/4 (2:25pm) still no response from managers or owner. I have made dozens of calls, texts, and emails -was contacted by management. Was financially compensated without much of a hassle. I appreciate that it wasn't a drawn out process once I was able to speak to the correct people

I can't speak highly enough of my experience here at this Jiffy Lube. Customer Service is exceptionally outstanding. The oil change, cabin filter change, etc, went very well, they have everything in stock and there is no delays. Highly Recommend!!

Women should stick to a script when dealing with men. Don't ask a man what city they are from when looking at their plates etc. Why can't women just act professional and just do the job without going outside the line. It isn't a good look.
