Tried to get an inspection but was told that they don't do inspections here, no reason given. They said to try another Jiffy Lube in Wells Branch. Later I went to Wells Branch and arrived just after 4pm but they said they stop doing inspections at 4pm, despite being open until 6pm. Understandable if they were busy, but there were 0 cars being serviced at the time.

I went yesterday trying to get an oil change as soon I pulled up the young black guy with the wild hair came to my car window he appeared to have an attitude I figured because I came at 5:20 and they close at 6pm but I don't believe that was the case he asked me what I wanted to be done I replied oil change he did guide me into the bay I was following his hand signals which he then raised his voice and told me to come out and try again mind you I was following his hand signals and he was telling me with his hands to turn left but verbally telling me not too…. Long story short he needs training or a new job I just left and took my money to take 5 down the street

I just drove up for an oil change. It was empty so I was excited... mainly because I was broke all month and then I had some money to get it done, on Christmas eve, but everything was closing early. So anyway... The guy walks out as slow as molasses... He barely gets close to the car .. he like, 'what' ... I asked, could I get an oil change? ... He shrugs his shoulders and moves his head around like he's annoyed 😠.. then he says, ' yea' very softly, like mumbling. I said, is that a YES? .. he said something else mumbling, shuffling over to the bay, pointing to it... And I left! Why should I give them my money? I've worked in the service business all my life! You have to at least pretend like you are capable. No way am I going to that place again! 😩

Very poor service. Spent 40 minutes sitting on my truck and the guys were just playing around with about 3 cars with the hood open but nobody working on them. I will never go to one of this places again.

I came here to check on my brakes. I was amazed by how honest and fast the technicians were. Everybody was friendly and professional with their work. Alfred made sure I understand what’s going on and gave me some advices on how to proceed. Reasonable price. Great service. I will definitely come back.

I will be fair and give this center a star, as my oil did get changed and they at least started out attempting to be friendly. However the tech that guided me into the bay was having an off day and got angry with guiding me in. Then was told I needed services that I didn’t need. Then was just told to give them my credit card without a price. Which I asked for and got an eye roll. Finally they tossed me my receipt through the window and Rimon half ass guided me out without a word. I don’t know if it was just an off morning or awful training but they will not get my or any of my friends’ business ever again. Too bad. I’m only a few blocks away and it would have been convenient.

I had a disappointing experience at this service center. They failed to properly reinstall my skid plate, lost half of the bolts, including the plastic snap-down. One of the remaining bolts was so over-tightened that it caused a washer to deform into the trim (see photo). Additionally, they did not replace the crush washer on the drain plug, leading to an oil leak. Upon inspection, I found that the oil filter housing and other components were excessively tightened. When I reached out to the manager to address these issues, I was met with a denial of responsibility and a lack of interest in resolving the situation. Did not offer to compensate me for the missing parts, then gave me a bad email address and told me to drive to another Jiffy Lube and have them check it out 🥴. I’m glad I did my own oil this weekend so I could see the quality of their work. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service center.

It was awful, having been here before and they were helpful, knowledgeable and made suggestions. This time it was totl opposite. No communication or explanation. It started because I had a coupon from their website and was told they do t accept them. Of course I asked why. Well the manager wasn't on-site so they couldn't do anything. It left me questioning did they even change me oil and doing it correctly. I had to ask about findings. Which they didn't do. No apologies. Just directed me out of the bay. On the fence if I will try a different location or change completely where I go for my oil changes. Mopac & Parmer

Was charged $107 for an oil change. They used the oil and filter that I bought. They didn't give me any warning... cost double what I paid last time I was there.

As someone who isn’t super educated on car issues, Ronin and his staff did an awesome job explaining what my vehicle needed. They replaced my brake rotors, pads, and added brake fluid. This was a stressful experience for me, but these guys made it 100x better with their customer service. Will definitely be coming here for all of my car needs.

Terrible, just terrible. There is no leadership and direction for these poor workers. I sat in line for 30 mins as the second car in line. Both lanes with vehicles in the change bay but nothing happening. When i finally asked what was going on they said they were each from a fleet and had to get approval. So they had 2/3 lanes open and both jammed up "waiting for approval." Instead of moving the fleet vehicles to 1 lane and allowing other customers receive service they had 4 employees doing nothing. If you value your time go down the street to Take 5.

Unfortunately they weren't able to assist me with my car problem due to it being a dealer specific issue. However, the customer service I received from the welcome all the way through, including the care shown even after it was clear I couldn't be a customer today, gives me great faith that they would be excellent to deal with next time I visited. They went above and beyond to help. Your team on this afternoon are a credit to you.
