Start out at my dealership they told me three hours and a half. I waited 30 minutes. Got there first thing in the morning so frustrated decided to go to the Jiffy Lube on 620 & great Oaks in round rock , Texas. I went to them years ago when I lived in that city . I drove 45 minutes to an hour to get to this Jiffy Lube, they were amazing. Had me out in about hour. Very professional , very kind. It was a wonderful experience. We definitely coming back from now on in even if I have to drive an hour to get here Matthew and his crew at store 3039 were absolutely amazing .

This place is amazing! I needed my personal car and my work car serviced and the experts here took great care of both. Each time I pulled up I was immediately greeted by a kind and friendly person. I took my vehicles there in the morning and it wasn’t a long wait. I was the 4th car in the line and I was there less than an hour. The mechanics explained the entire process before they guided inside to their waiting room. After my car was finished, the mechanic called my name and my car was waiting for me ready to. The customer service here is excellent and so is the work they do! I HIGHLY recommend everyone in round rock (Austin) to take your car here for any service, you will glad you did so.

Called ahead to confirm inspections were being done, they were. Drive over, got in line behind two other cars. Manager comes over and says it'll be about 35 minutes. I wait. Both cars get processed and I pull up to the empty bay. Inspection tech picks up a broom and starts sweeping. Manager mills about the bays, cracking jokes and staring at his phone. I sit at the empty bay for another 20 minutes while the tech occasionally makes awkward eye contact and goes back to sweeping. Manager stands in front of my car for another 5 minutes staring at his phone. At this point I'd been there nearly an hour, half of it staring into an empty bay. No updates, no "please wait", nothing. I've had some long waits at "jiffy" lube stations before but they've always moved me in when the bay was free. This one was a complete waste of time.

I sat in my car for almost 10 minutes with no greeting or acknowledgment. I left without getting my car an oil change due to poor customer service.

A technician cracked my windshield while doing a wiper blade replacement (blade slipped out of his hand). UPDATE: A manager contacted me promptly to address the windshield damage and Jiffy Lube has reimbursed me for the cost of replacing it.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. RAMI was extremely disrespectful and rude since the beginning of my sister’s visit. He pretended to do an oil change but instead he left the dirty oil and added 2 extra quarts so the car would break down. We are never coming back here or any jiffy lube ever again!!

This location is run by very young, unprofessional, loud, obnoxious service techs who seem unsupervised while they spend much of their time laughing and goofing around with your car. By the time they finished, 40 mins later, my car was running, AC on high, windows down, and grease smudges on both front doors and inside my new car. I was pretty disappointed as I have been to this location in the past for inspection and did not have this experience.

Went to get my fuel filter replaced, 2 hours later after they broke and replaced my WIF sensor and got the truck to start again I’m out. They had the audacity to attempt to charge me for the part they broke saying it was about to break anyways? Thankfully they took it off the ticket and I ONLY had to pay $210 for my fuel filter replacement.

Don’t don’t want to take any coupons. While I’m waiting for my oil change, manager is asking one of the young guys doing the oil change for mechanical advice. Price is way too high.

I paid over $110 for an oil change and none of the signature services were done. No vacuuming, window cleaning, or topping of fluids. I had to remind them to do a state inspection on the car. The person I dealt with was nice and they were fast.

Quick service and the employees were all great. I sat in my truck while they did the oil change. The cabin air filter was $20 more than what I could have gotten it online, but it was well worth the $20 to have them change it instead of me. I’ve gone here the last 3-4 oil changes and have always had a good experience.

State Inspection was quick, The actual inspection was quick but there was waiting of 40 min which they mentioned upfront. Friendly and polite.

I went to the store almost at the store closing time but the store manager and the employees still let me in and patiently finished my request. When everything is done, it’s already passed the store hour by 15 minutes. Really appreciate their patience and professionalism.

Ramy was so kind and helpful. I went in just asking to borrow a tool to get the bumper off my car, and instead Ramy took off my bumper himself and pounded out the dent (what I was planning on doing), all in a million degrees of heat and a smile on his face.

This place is amazing. Bailey was extremely helpful in ordering me a new oil pan. It was installed the next morning no issues. Awesome service. Will definitely be my new go-to for oil changes and other needs.

Was my first time and will never go back again... Two things about this location: 1) I came back to my office and realized that they did't put my wheel anti theft lock key back in the car after the tire rotation. I gave them a call and they were acting like nobody cares. I had to drive back to the store and pick it up. It was not my fault but the way they handled it was so annoying. 2) I had pre-paid service certificates which I presented there. The guy in charge was acting rude and weird after seeing them. He asked "what are you expecting from this certificate?" in a mean way. The way he talked to me that I felt like he was drunk. I don't recommend this location...Go to Leander one instead where they are so nice, kind and caring.
