Jesse offered us outstanding customer service today Nov 25th 2024. He went out of his way to answer our questions. We highly recommend Jesse for going way above what most people would have done to help a customer. We have been to three Jiffy Lube locations in the past two weeks. Jesse far surpassed all the employess at all three locations.

No lo recomiendo el manayer un señor con dientes de metal y un trabajador de nombre José no se aplican a lo que tienen que hacer con su servicio al cliente. Fui al lugar para una inspección y el tal José me mencionó cosas que nisiquiera tenían que ver con la inspección. Le mencione que está llendo fuera de su trabajo y que eso no aplicaba a la inspección, en su prepotencia me indica que el es el inspector y que me iba a mencionar en el citio web donde se indica que su observación era parte de su trabajo. Bueno yo acepte que me mostrará la información estuve más de 20 minutos y no me pude mostrar nada no abía nada, todavía le mencione que que no anduviera inventando cosas, caminaba de un lugar a otro y pensó intimidarme pero se llevó la sorpresa, no sabía que responderme porque todo era planeado con su manager, les pregunté que si porque no me podía dar el servicio uno me dijo nada ambos se asían cómplices, pues no me pudieron dar el servicio y fui a otro lugar y sin ningún problema. I do not recommend it. The manager, a man with metal teeth, and an employee named José do not apply themselves to what they have to do with their customer service. I went to the place for an inspection and this José mentioned things to me that had nothing to do with the inspection. I mentioned that he is going outside of his work and that this did not apply to the inspection, in his arrogance he tells me that he is the inspector and that he was going to mention me on the website where it is indicated that his observation was part of his job. Well, I agreed that he would show me the information. I was there for more than 20 minutes and he could not show me anything, there was nothing. I still mentioned to him that he should not go around making things up. He walked from one place to another and he thought of intimidating me but he was surprised. He did not know what to answer me because everything was planned with his manager. I asked them why they could not give me the service. One of them told me nothing, they both seemed complicit, well, they could not give me the service and I went to another place without any problem.

Not gonna lie, i was just expecting the usual quick, basic oil change. It was about an hour before closing, so I figured they’d just hurry me out the door, but I was really impressed by the team here. They actually took the time to check out my car and make sure everything was good, even when they could’ve just rushed through it. It’s rare these days to see employees who genuinely care, but these guys had that energy. They didn’t just do their job they did it right, and it showed.

12/10!!! The BEST experience I have ever had getting my oil change and car inspection. I always choose jiffy lube but this location is top tier. They made things so easy, fast and were able to offer me a discount on my services. Special thanks to Jordan, Adam, Jessie & Carlos :)

Amber and Jordan where awesome! I came for just a oil change, knowing my car needed a little work, and they actually took the time to explain everything to me, and took me and my partner out of the car to SHOW us the issues. My brake fluid was corrosive and so was my battery. They got me a quote to get it fixed and a plan for service. Amber and Jordan were both very personable and about their business. Honestly best experience iv had with an oil change place and I’m so grateful for their expertise.

The staff went above and beyond! They were incredibly kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and truly looking out for you! I am not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to cars and was originally coming for just an oil change. Little did I know that my car needed so much other things done! The guy who took me in (Amber) brought up how I needed the other things done and why it is important to do the maintenance for specific item. I am grateful for the whole team who worked on my car (Amber, Adam, John, Jordan, Michael). My car feels GREAT and I am so happy with the work they did. Shout out to Amber and Adam for giving me tips on car maintenance and being so kind and understanding! Overall, I learned a lot and also remembered how people can be so kind and helpful. They easily could have just done my oil change and not bring up other stuff needed for my car. They went all out and I will definitely be coming back for future services.

Went if for an oil change, and now two separate auto Care spots have told me the oil is dirty and it was not done right. $80 for nothing. DON'T GO HERE!!

I took my car to be inspected there and they did a very good job : Very professional and and they were as the name states : Jiffy. Even though they were busy I was in and out of there in 20 minutes tops !! I highly recommend this place please NOTE : STATE INSPECTIONS that's what I was there for !!

I just got an oil change earlier this week, and Daniel was the best Jiffy Lube staff member I've interacted with at any location in Austin. He was authentic, responsive and made time to talk afterwards to ensure my experience was great.

These guys work as a team they work as one and provide outstanding service. Drove in and was out within 15 minutes, literally, versus an estimate of over an hour at Toyota down the road. These guys were total pros, I will be back.

We’ve come here twice now for oil changes in two different cars. The guys are always super professional, fun, & full of energy! It’s also been SO quick which is great when you have 2 kids with you. They are incredible here! Highly highly recommend this place. Thank you guys!!!
