Deceptive business practices. Don’t come here if you are a woman, they will lie for a quick buck. I brought my car in for an oil change not realizing the tire shop had already done one 3 weeks ago (drove maybe 500 miles since). I obviously did not need an oil change. Would have appreciated them checking with me after checking the oil to let me know I didn’t actually need an oil change or checking if one was done recently. That way I could’ve known to check in with the previous shop to see if they’d already done an oil change. I would’ve come back here in the future for my next oil change had they actually been honest - but dishonesty will always lose my business and it’s important to share with others. If they’re willing to lie about something this stupid, you may get got too. Will be filing a BBB complaint if this is not addressed in the next 2 weeks.

My recent experience here was not great. This was a few months ago so it's overdue. I don't typically like to go to chain car maintenance shops because I feel like they always push stuff on you that you don't need, but I have a busy job and I typically go here for convenience - mostly for oil changes. I had noticed an oil leak from my car in my driveway for a few days ~ decent amount of leakage so I went here to get it checked out. The guy I was working with (shorter/somewhat older gentleman) checked it out for me. He told me that the cap was loose and that was what caused the leak, and he tightened it up. He also noticed corrosion on my battery and asked to showed me an old trick & poured soda on my battery. On top of that, my bumper was coming off slightly which I had been procrastinating taking to an auto body shop and he punched it back into place which I did appreciate. Nothing crazy, but he seemed generous to do that. He showed me my dipstick to show me I still had oil & wasn't in need of new oil or an oil change. After those few things (tightened cap, soda on battery, pushing bumper into place) he stated he wasn't going to charge me but requested $60 in cash as a tip. I knew this seemed a little odd and honestly probably the same cost of the actual oil change - but he seemed like a sweet man and I appreciated what he did even if it took 10 minutes and wasn't much of "maintenance." So I drove to an ATM to grab $60. Felt like I was paying it forward. Fast forward ~ I had to take my car into an actual repairs shop to get my control arms replaced. My car sat their overnight and they checked the oil the next day and said the oil was basically completely empty and that I'm lucky I came in. I stated the situation with jiffy lube and they explained that since my car had been running, sometimes the dipstick is deceiving when the car is heated up and best time to check is when it hasn't been running. My oil did stop leaking after jiffy lube tightened whatever cap is down there- but I was pretty disappointed in realizing just a few days later that I didn't have any oil. I spent $60 trying to thank someone for minimal work, when I should've used that money for an actual oil change. It feels scammy and dishonest.

Be careful with Ryan, he works there and tries to get you to pay him cash to fix scratches on your rims and never actually does it.

Best Jiffy Lube location! Moe and Ryan are always kind, professional, and thorough with their work. I’ve been here multiple times for my oil changes, battery changes, and replenishing my car fluids. I Trust these guys with my vehicle, this is my go to spot.

This Jiffy Lube has been servicing my car for three years now. I consistently receive great service from Joe team. In my many decades of driving have yet to come across a facility that consistently turns around my vehicle so quickly. I can’t recommend this team highly enough.

Go today for an inspection to renew my registration. Man sees that my fin cover has come off the top of my car and says for a tip he can put some adhesive on it and fix it for me. I tip him some money and he claims to have put it back on, I come home and turns out he lied and just took my money. I don’t know who it is but it was an older black man so if he is offering you Any sort of deal on any sort of fix make sure you do not do it.

In and out! Mo went above and beyond with his customer service by checking into a few things I was concerned about (specifically my windshield washer fluid reservoir leaking) and helped reattach the heatshield that had ripped. Samantha was extremely fast and friendly, too.

Just got my oil changed and asked them to check the battery due to corrosion. It looked rough so they definitely could have sold me a new battery but they were honest with me and told me it still had some life left. Now they have a customer for life. Mr Joe and his team of guys were great!

Would recommend just calling ahead to save yourself time. I called to ask if I could swing by for my annual inspection for my car’s registration, they were super kind and said they were super busy that day but would be good any time the next day. The next day, I swung by, didn’t wait more then 5 minutes, was in and out in no time. Super helpful and easy.

Fast. In and out in about 10 minutes. Only knock is that the lobby was bare bones (no coffee, no snacks, just chairs) ... and the bathroom door wouldn't close (yeah, really).

Jiffy Lube #2925 at 3401 N. Lamar provided a state inspection for my vehicle in record time. The lot was full of cars and I had no hope of getting service anytime soon, but J. Lucero Jr. came out and told me where to park. Within a few minutes he came out and took my vehicle and completed the inspection. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Best service ever! Thanks to Jiffy Lube!

After getting an oil change here, my car started to give low engine oil level warning. I ran an oil level measurement and it showed the oil level was right at the minimum level. Unbelievable I paid more than 100 bucks for this service…
