This Jiffy Lube is amazing, and I don't plan to get my oil changed at any other establishment. I don't leave many reviews, but their customer service is second to none. I trust them, and they are quick, kind, and genuinely helpful. Ask for Steven - he's the best. 10/10 recommend.

I had an outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Avion! From the moment I pulled in, he was friendly, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. He thoroughly explained the service my car needed and answered all my questions with patience. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and my car is running great. I can tell Avion takes pride in his work, and his excellent customer service really made a difference. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for top-notch service!

I want to thank Jiffy Lube and Steve Kabbani the general manager for their help in getting an issue solved with my wife’s car. The local field manager and vice president of operations also provided support. We originally had an issue after an oil , which happens, no business is perfect. In a word...AWESOME! Fantastic experience after two prior failed attempts to get my oil changed at lesser Austin Jiffy Lube locations. Precious explained the service options, placed my order, and and helped me complete check-in. She was super friendly and helpful, great smile too. Cedric changed my oil, checked all the fluids, aired-up my tires, and reset the oil/mileage counter. The entire service took less than 15-minutes on a Ford Explorer. I was elated, thanked them individually, and shook all their hands. I will be bringing all my vehicles to the Jiffy Lube on Ohlen Rd.

The manager, Steven, was absolutely excellent and went above and beyond for me and every other customer. Even heard him offer a customer a ride home because servicing her car was going to take longer then expected which she gladly accepted. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

I just moved back to Austin and been looking for a place to do my oil change. Read the reviews and sure enough... they lived up to the hype.. Avion attended to me immediately once I pulled up. The manager I didn't get his name but he did my oil change and helped me reset my oil on my truck. Super friendly,fast and service with a smile and a great coupon. I'm 100% Pleased with this jiffy lube..

This place saved my life today the manager Steve went out of his way along with all his staff to help me with what seemed to be a unfixable situation . I'm am so grateful to these guys for going above and beyond to make my life easier . Definitely won't be getting my oil changed anyplace else. God bless these guys 🙏
