Stopped by at 330pm on a Friday. All bays open. Apparently all out of oil for a 2019 Chevy Traverse. If I owned this place I’d be furious how do you run a Jiffy Lube and not have standard oil in stock?

Came out to greet me at 4 o’clock on a Wednesday afternoon to tell me it was gonna be a little late and came back 20 minutes later and told me that I could go ahead and leave that they weren’t gonna take any more cars.

They forgot to put the brake oil and didnt fill up the coolant so i got heat up

More expensive than grease monkey. They got oil all over the underside of my truck, and oil on my steering wheel. But other than that it was pretty quick.

Fastest oil change I've ever gotten. No wait during the work day. Waiting area very clean and comfortable. Staff efficient and no pressure for add ons like tire rotation or new air filter. Will use this location again.

Stopped by for an oil change. All bays empty. Thought I would be in and out quick. Two guys working. Took them 5 minutes to figure out they didn't have the proper oil for my 1998 Ford E350. How is this possible? No 5w30 or 5w20 oil at all?

Went in for an oil change. Took less than 10 minutes. Workers were nice and did the work in a timely manner. Waiting room was nice and clean. I haven’t been to this new location, but I really like it and will be coming back to this one!

Fast and easy… just the way it needs to be. I stopped by around lunchtime for an oil change and the crew was fast and efficient. I also needed a safety inspection. I am new to Texas they told me just take the safety inspection and registration to HEB. I appreciate the help! HEB is awesome and so is this Jiffy Lube.I was in and out in about twenty minutes! Thank you so much!

JiffyLube Dripping Springs did a good job. The place could be cleaner. EVERY trash can overflowing. Partially drank drinks in the lobby, bathroom was dirty. No prices posted.... Time for the Franchisee to step it up a bit...

Wow. Blown away by the service and the shop itself. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Fast and friendly service. Dalon and Jeremy stepped up to answer all my questions and even pointed me to a coupon to save me some money on my oil change.

Staff was extremely courteous and professional. Issue with a wheel lock while replacing tires. They busted their hump to resolve it as best as possible.

Went be 4 times in one week for an inspection. Inspector was never there. Ridiculous.
