The technician at the Jiffy Lube in Sandy Springs advised that I could take my car to any location for a free emissions retest. This is not true!!! You are supposed to go to the same facility to get your free test! Staff was polite and service was quick but I was disappointed about being misinformed.

I have enjoyed visiting the store when I need to change the oil in my daughter’s car and get an emissions test done, too. Everyone is very friendly. I enjoyed Jennifer’s professionalism and how the guys worked fast and efficiently to get me out of the door. You can tell they are good at what they do. Came in for a quick oil change for my BMW before heading out of town for thanksgiving road trip. Big mistake! When I got home I noticed a LOT of oil all over my driveway. Returned to store and was told they had spilled some oil doing the work…, They attempted to clean and added additional oil but next morning my oil was 1 quart low. Had to postpone my travels and went to dealer. They found an unusual amount of oil all over the engine. Had to have cleaned and re-do of oil change as they did not have confidence in work done by jiffy. Cost me over $500 to have this corrected. Immediately reported this to store manager Brent Watson who was not in the store the day of my oil change. He had lots of excuses - the technicians were “new, in training, not trained to work on certain vehicles including BMW”. A long list of excuses which are management (or lack of) problems that directly and financially impact customers and their vehicles. I am still waiting for reimbursement for the clean up expense after being told by Watson, the next level manager Nathaniel McDaniel and regional manager Inayah Jenkins that I would receive the check in 2 to 3 weeks. They are now not responding to phone calls and emails. Went back to the store yesterday and Watson informed me he can do nothing to assist.

I always use this JL location bc it’s close and I get consistently great service. The techs are thorough and professional. Today they saved me about $300 in brake work (compared to my usual mechanic repair place). Very highly recommend if you are in Roswell, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody areas. They are located at Trowbridge/Roswell Rd in the Publix shop center.

I am highly upset because not only did i trust them to service me with integrity and honesty, but i paid hard earned money that could have been spent else where. I moved to Sandy Springs years ago and have faithfully been going here for oil changes. No issues, the usual banter with people who have become familiar because of how consistent i have been coming here. So you can imagine the fury I'm feeling learning that they are sneaky, greedy, dishonest, and who knows how many times this has happened to me or others... My oil being changed this last time around seemed off, it seemed too soon but "oh well i can't drive around with 10% oil in my car" so i went to get my car serviced like normal only to forget i had a tune up appointment with my mechanic coming up (which includes an oil change).... i still went for my tune up and he still drained the oil because i didn't mention that i had just got an oil change. Only for my mechanic to be completely confused by that because as he says "what was done" he begins to pour out this black, tarry looking oil, mind you, i just got my "oil changed" on 12/6 and i was meeting my mechanic on the 13th. Not only did it seem my oil was never drained but they just poured SOME oil on top of what was there. I emphasize SOME because my car takes 5-8qts and not only did the jug pour out to 4qts, there was already about 1qt worth of oil in there previously. This is crazy, mind blowing and a complete waste of money. I will NEVER EVER deal with them again and NEITHER SHOULD YOU I wish i had video of him pouring that oil out, but i do have a photo of the jug it filled SMH

I went for a like change and had a slow coolant leak prior. They called me over during the oil change and were like you have a busted radiator look how much it’s leaking and now it was basically pouring. I think they made a minor issue worse. I told them I think that’s what happened and they rushed me out of the shop. Terrible.

I preface this post that i have done business at no less than 7 jiffy lubes throughout Georgia. Hardly ever have i exceeded 25 minutes for service. Today was roughly 2 hours. First time at this location. The owner/Supervisor did give me $26 discount for my wait. Seemed a little light on help today. I would give them one more chance. Very nice and courteous.

They did exceptionally well, and it was on a Sunday! I usually don’t do reviews but this was the best oil change service I’ve ever received on my Cadillac. I’ll be back again for sure
