Be aware when redeeming a prepaid oil service, Jose is crook, and will redeem it, and then say it's non redeemable and then proceed to charge for a full oil change. If had not checked my Jiffy account and not noticed it been redeemed he would have gotten away with it! I will be closing my account and going else where! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Didn’t like the high pressure tactics to get the most expensive oil, was told it is only option, before I went to another jiffy lube, pressed for time, I agreed, counter help to me all oil is available, I remarked that they need to check power steering fluid. Was told they have a 23 point inspection Power steering is #9 They didn’t check, after I paid I asked again and they checked in parking lot, it was low , I asked counter what the problem is, and he deferred saying it is sometime hard to check Really! A 20 yr old car? Very disappointing, if it happens again, I won’t be back Daniel Valdez

I mean, pretty outrageous for an oil change and air filter, but hopefully they did a good job. Customer service was really great, but I think they took advantage of me.
