Jia always provide EXCELLENT service. He is friendly and honest. He always gives an accurate diagnosis. He is fair and never takes advantage of his customers, especially women and those that are clueless about auto repairs. I've been a customer for 10+ years and even if I have to get my car towed to his shop, I don't trust my auto repairs to anyone else. ALL FACTS!

Very rude , I asked for someone to look at my vehicle and he told me that they are closed until next Wednesday July 26,2023 and today is July 18th 2023. If they didn’t want any new clients they should just say that not lie . Extremely unprofessional.

Very Satisfied with his service..never disappoints me! He fixes whatever needs to be fixed on my vehicle an in a timely manner...you dont see non wrking cars on his lot..he fixes them an on they way out when need to be..i trust him to get the job done!

Horrible place!!! At all means do not take your car there. I paid $800 to install a new AC compressor (no other work done). They claimed that they replaced my AC compressor for a new one and in reality they didn't. I found out about it during the inspection by another technician who proved me that the compressor I currently have is an old one.

I have to correct my previous post. Mr. Jia replaced my AC compressor with the refurbished one for $771, he has done nothing else and he provided no warranty nether for the part nor for the labor. Most importantly, my AC was not working, it blew the hot air rather than cold when you turn it on. He could not resolve an issue and demanded for me to pay the bill anyway or leave the car in the shop until he figures it out, expecting me to pay more, for more work. I refused. I paid my bill and left with the broken AC. Just for the comparison, the auto shop about a block away gave me an estimate - $760.63 for the AC compressor, drier, extension valve, belt, installation kit and the labor, all with the warranty.....I regret I stopped at JIA.

Does not know the basics of changing brake pads and rotors. Did not clean the protective film off the new rotors. Did not even apply the lubricant provided with the packaging even after asking about it. Completely unprofessional and unskilled and lacks basic knowledge and interest in doing the job. A novice who watched a YouTube tutorial can do a significantly better job than them. Do not waste your money. Not recommended at all. You were warned!

Huge error going here. They are unprofessional, in every way. The mechanic incorrectly stated you could mix green and orange coolants and would have done that to my car if I didn't stop him. Next, he topped off my brake fluids with Dot3 instead of Dot 4. I only found out by asking him, and i asked in the first place because he just didn't seem competent. What did the owner do as a remedy? He brought out a dirty empty can of Dot 4 and said his mechanic simply said it wrong. Well, nothing I can do but regret going there, you, still have a choice.

We are from a different state and had some issues with our car. He let my fiancee borrow tools and helped order parts so it could get delivered to his shop, so we can be on our way back home sooner than later. He went out of his way to help even though he was obviously busy. Thank you sir for your kindness and help. Very much appreciated!

I have been going to Jia Auto Care for 5 years now and I have been happy with the service every time. I first heard about them from my Aunt when I bought my first car from Craigslist. It was a lemon, but Mr. Jia did what he could to keep it going. I highly recommend going here for quality work at reasonable prices. Especially as a woman with little car knowledge, it can feel like everywhere you go, someone is ripping you off making you purchase extra services you don't need. Jia Auto Care doesnt do that; Mr Jia keeps it straightforward and provides great service. :)
