If i could give them a 0 rating I would. Charged me 1100 to fix my truck. Came to pick it up and turned the truck on and engine light is on. I let them know immediately and they have the audacity to try and charge me a call out fee IN THEIR YARD to fix what they didnt fix. The worst

I must say it is a rare occasion when you deal with highly professional and courteous people. While many repair shops take an advantage of truck drivers in trouble, this shop is ready to go an extra mile for their customers offering nothing but clear, no bs service. Thank you very much!

Scam Scam Scam! They post job listing on craigslist and have people work for a week and fire them! They mark up prices like crazy and get over on their customers, very rude staff / Racist! Only good thing about the company is the mechanics! I would never recommend anyone here.

I am a driver for a home improvement store and we bring our truck to Jet Tech because they are quicker than the dealership. The office staff and mechanics are always great with me or my manager. They have bailed us out of a couple of jams that's why we continue to go back when the truck has an issue. Great service at the shop or at are location. Thank you.

Unable to follow directions was told to look at one part on Monday was told truck be done by Tuesday maybe Wednesday morning. Currently it's Friday an several parts later they finally told they was going to look at the part I told them to look at on Monday. I was told by some lady not to call again an they would call me when it was dine. Horrible experience. Bad customer service. I have to assume they think they know everything an i don't know jack. Last time I use this company
