Been going to Jessie’s for years, mostly small stuff, few big things as well, & never had a single issue, man even let me take my car & pay him later when I couldn’t fully pay for a radiator change. He’s not the fastest depending on what you got to get done, but still good nonetheless, just don’t piss him by asking too many stupid questions or act like you everything, cause then he might just kick you out 😂😂

Had an oil change done here on a Jeep Wrangler. Normally, no matter where I go I pay less than 100 dollars for a full synthetic oil change with the filter. These guys ripped me off and charged 180 dollars for the oil change. They’re pretty much robbing people and adding extra charges at the end of the job. Don’t waste your time or money here, also they tightened the oil filter housing way too tight and stripped the oil plug.

Jessie & his worker did an amazing job on my vehicle yesterday, I needed a new alternator & they got the parts within minutes. I'm so very appreciative for them all bc I didnt know where to go to at first until someone I work with recommended him (Jessie) 😁😇. Thank You so much again Jessie.

Jessie made me pay him over $586 to diagnose and fix my truck because it was overheating. After he was done replacing the temperature sensor, the truck was still overheating. He said he couldn't find the problem. I asked him if he checked the thermostat, and he said it wasn't the thermostat. That my truck had a computer problem or a relay malfunction. He wanted me to take it to the dealer to get it diagnosed and to get it fixed. He was wrong. It was the $35 thermostat that I replaced myself. It cost me $586 to learn where not to take my truck for any repairs ever again!

Took it in for an ac repair they told me they were going to do a $100 diagnostic before repairing but then called me the next day to tell me they did $500 worth of work with no issue found. Then they hit my car before I picked it up. They put touch up paint on the bumper and left damage on the fender, wheel, and door. Owner refused to fix it to the way it was before. Go here if you want to get ripped off and in worse condition than when you took it in.

Horrible service.You take your vehicle in there for a simple service and it will cost you more to fix what they mess up working on your car. They cost me $500 worth of repairs due to their bad work.

I would not take any vehicle to this place. Total ripoff. He should be embarrassed to call himself a mechanic. I wouldn't take my grandkids tricycle here. I'm just being honest. Terrible place.

If your tint is even off by 1% they will fail it and ask you to take it off and still charge you $20. Ridiculous. Literally just got my tint for $200. I ain’t taking shhh off! Got it passed somewhere else.

I had taken my Kia Soul to other mechanics who couldn't figure out why the car was running so poorly. He quickly figured out the problem and the car hasn't run so well since we purchased it 18 months ago. He's a fair, humble and godly man and he'll be handling any of our future repairs while living here in the Austin area.

Go to MG3 auto care on 183. Jessie’s refused to even inspect my truck. The guy claimed he wouldn’t do it because my brakes were squeaking when I pulled into the parking lot. MG3 treated me right and I was in and out in five minutes.

Great team. I had a lot of issues with my car and passing inspection, and they were always super helpful in trying to help me figure out what was wrong. Courteous & polite. I worked specifically with Marvin & Johnnie on 2 different occasions, and their kindness & willingness to listen to me & try to help me solve my problems even when I was whiny was really appreciated.

Jessie and his employees are always top tier, professional and respectful of you and your time. This is a hidden gem of a shop. Definitely a spot you want to go to for a real estimate and repairs. And the inspection is always, always faster then the other shops around town.
