My experience at Jesse's was the best experience at a shop ive ever had. They were very honest about what was going on with my car and weren't pushy at all when I had to turn down more than half the repairs. Christine was so helpful and informative throughout the entire process and helped make the whole experience a little better! Prices were reasonable and half the price it would have costed me at the dealership plus way better customer service. Thank you to everyone at Jesses that help make this place what it us!

Quite frankly, the best experience at any automotive or mechanic shop I have ever had in my life. They were timely, and professional while providing me with options, context, and recommendations without feeling pressured to purchase or move forward with anything. On top of that, their diagnostics review is second to none and provided me with the level of detail necessary to make educated and confident decisions. Big thank you to Christine for all the support and flexibility in working with me to find the right solutions. My car is the closest thing I have to a child so this is the only shop in Sarasota that will be working on it from now on.

I rarely post reviews, but Jesse’s Garage European Auto Repair service was exceptional! I had a small repair on my BMW and they had the part in stock and repaired it the following day. They also went the extra mile and helped me with updating some minor maintenance items without any additional cost. The communication, quality of work, and timeliness surpassed my expectations. If and when I ever need any help with my BMW, I will be a returning customer.

Since my car has been under (extended) warranty since I bought it, I've always taken it to the dealership for service. So, I was a little apprehensive about using an independent business for my cars annual service. Jesse's Garage couldn't have been a better choice. Professional & honest are very rare characteristics, especially in the auto service/repair business, but these guys were all that & more. They ended up keeping my car for 3 days due to some involved routine maintenance requirements for a car with my mileage, but they kept me apprised of everything they were doing & never complained about needing to spend so much time on my car. And the cost of the service - very reasonable! I'm new to Sarasota, but I've found an automotive service business I'll be using for as long as I own this car. Thank you, Jesse's Garage for everything!

First time customer and very pleased with the friendly, professional and honest service I received for my 2012 Mercedes E350 Cabriolet. Received a printed copy of other legitimate recommended work along with an estimate, without any pressure. I will return to have the work done at a later date.

Jesse’s garage on 12th street in Sarasota has been our automotive aervice place for a number of years. Decided to try the new shop on Clark Road only because its closer to home. We expected the same quality service and that’s what we received. Luke, Mike, and their team got us back rolling very quickly . It’s a friendly atmosphere. Quality work and fair pricing are a plus. Check the new place out, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a quality auto repair shop, I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation. They noticed that my rear tail light was out and they replaced it without charging me for it. I think that’s going the extra mile. I highly recommend them.

After 30 years of the same mechanic, we found ourselves in need to find a new one for an older vehicle. This place is it for us! Mike, Bill and the tech are very customer friendly, thorough, explained repair well, honest and priced fairly. They also have complimentary 1-way Uber trip or loaner vehicle if needed. Not to mention, a human answered the phone each time I called. Thank you ATOS!

Unable to get quick service from Sarasota Ford we turned to Automotive technology of Sarasota. We had our vehicle towed there AAA even know Automotive Technology offered us a tow. I received a free uber to my next destination. I received update text in status and picked up my vehicle 2 days late with a warranty of 3 years for the work they performed. Sarasota Ford doesn’t offer than. Highly recommend VIP service we received. No one guarantees there work today but these guys do. Thank you

We were in Siesta Key last week, on the way I hit something in the road and my under carriage got knocked lose and my air seemed to stop working. I called Monday morning and Bill was very helpful with getting me in. Dropped my car off on Monday morning, he called to tell me what the problem was and explained everything to me. I had my car back by Tuesday and was happy with the service I got. Thank you Bill for all your help!
