Can’t say enough about this business. Sal & Michael are exceptional! Their service is excellent, their customer service is outstanding and their flexibility is extraordinary. I brought my car in for repairs. They were able to break it down for me & work on it in parts. They found that the manifold gasket had an issue, but could not immediately find where the issue arose. They attempted quite a few times before they decided a new one had to be ordered - in order to stay within budget and quote. Sal worked tirelessly to give me a manageable quote - he delivered. Michael offered to drop me off and pick me up from my spot. Their work ethic is above and beyond going the extra mile. They are both professional and personable. This is a second generation automotive business & their father would have been proud. They are hardworking, dedicated and committed.

I came to Jersey Village Automotive shop for oil change, State inspection, tire rotation, and brakes.Last October 2023, I heard the squeak sound when I backed up my car, and so I took my car to their automotive shop. Mr. Sal, told me me that the car needs new brakes pads. I said, can you do the front first because I don't have enough money now. He asked me, "When are you coming back!" I replied to him maybe January or February! He said, "Oh, that is too far!" If you wait, it can cause damage to the metal. I was so scared when Mr. Sal said that because he is a professional repair man. I said, Lord Jesus, I don't have enough money for the back brake pads. Please help me. Then my sister called and asked me about my car. I said, I need money for the back brakes. My sister told me if I could wait until December! I said, of course! When I got the money, I went back to the automotive shop. Mr Sal was out of town at that time and so it was Christian who took care of the brakes. Since December 2023, I never heard the squeak sound anymore. Christian did a great job of fixing the back brakes. This morning I went to the automotive shop for oil change. It was Mr. Sal who took care of it. He gave me a discount. He only asked me to pay $80 instead of $81 and something. I was happy and very satisfied when I left. Thank you, Mr. Sal, Christian and the team for doing an excellent customer service. You are all very nice, very kind and very friendly. May the Lord God Almighty brings more customers to your automotive shop. I highly recommend the Jersey Village Automotive shop because the people that work here are very professional, very kind, very nice, very helpful, and very friendly. May God bless us all 🙏🙏🙏

Great place to take your vehicle. I had my daughters 1998 Camry serviced here. The staff went above and beyond for customer service. They explained everything, listening to all concerns, answered questions and worked with us on the pricing. Special shot out to their employee Sal. He was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. It is rare these days to find honest and genuine people who care as much about their customers as they do their business. Thanks guys. I will be back if I ever need service.

Had a few issues going on with my car and the estimated repairs were abovey budget. They took the time to walk me through options to help get me closer to my budget. I did have to defer a few repairs to later, but was well informed of pros and cons of each choice made.

Can't say enough great things about Sal and Jersey Village Automotive. I visited Jersey Village Automotive for a pre-purchase inspection on a potential vehicle. Sal was extremely knowledgeable and informed me about all of the pros and cons of the vehicle. He asked me questions about my current needs and what I was looking to get out of my next vehicle. He then recommended some other makes and models that were more reliable than the vehicle I brought in. He even took the time to search and locate some vehicles that were nearby and would satisfy my needs. I have to say I was very impressed. Using the information provided by Sal, we located another vehicle that seemed to be more reliable and brought it back to Sal. He explained to us some background information on the vehicle and informed us right off the bat that it was a better choice than the vehicle previously brought in. I paid for the pre-purchase inspection and was informed of everything that would be checked on the vehicle. Sal was able to get the vehicle thoroughly inspected in a short amount of time. I was provided a full report on everything that was inspected. Sal went over the report with me in-detail and gave his final thoughts. I appreciate the honesty and excellent customer service provided by Sal and Jersey Village Automotive. While other places look to get quick money by using dishonest business practices, Sal and Jersey Village Automotive use honesty and good work to earn long-term customers that benefits both parties.

I was referred here by Santa Ana Body shop. I needed several things done to my car and they told which things to do first. Very nice and personable. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
