After spending over $1,100 at London's and the noise I took my car in for was not even addressed, I took it back and was told that it would be another $1,100+ to replace the entire exhaust pipe due to a rust-caused hole. I checked with Jerry's and he quickly showed me that there was NO rust, NO hole -- just a pipe joint that could be quickly welded for his minimum charge of $65. In 10 minutes I was heading on down the road with NO worrisome noise! I appreciated the honesty and integrity I was shown at Jerry's. It was a refreshing change from often feeling taken advantage of because of my gender...and maybe age. I won't be going back to London's and only wish I could have more work done at Jerry's to support his business.

After talking with him and getting a understand of what I wanted we maid a appointment. Then 2 days later he called me and asked what we where doing on my vehicle. All the while he was bad mouthing customers and talking about his personal life and just a vary negative person. When I showed up for appointment he then asked again what I was there for and then told me he should have scheduled me for another day. He is a unprofessional hot head.

Don diagnosed my tail pipe noise issue in a minute and did a nice quick weld job to repair it. My car runs back to its quiet self and Don saved me over $1,000 from what I was quoted at the mechanic's shop! I appreciate his honesty, efficiency, and kindness.

Don did an amazing job welding my whole exhaust system in my isuzu, it sounds and runs so much better. He was a stand up guy and the cost was great considering the work. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs exhuast work done.

Donald replaced my catalytic converter for a very reasonable price. A couple of months later, off-roading in The Field Rig, I hit a rock pretty good that bumped some caging up against the muffler. Rattling ensued. Again, Donald fixed it for a reasonable price. Both times he was timely and friendly, and I appreciate it!

Jerry's precision muffler was amazing. I backed into a curb and messed up my muffler and pipes and it was making a horrible noise, they fixed it for me within 30 mins. They are wonderful, and fantastic!!

O2 sensor was stuck I couldn’t get it off and mechanic couldn’t either that thing was not comming off. They cut off the peice and welded a new one on for $100 and did it relatively fast considering I was late

I seriously can’t say enough about this place! Quick, affordable, friendly… I had backed into something and bent my exhaust. Another place in town was looking at fixing it and said because they don’t specialize in it they would have to replace the whole thing. They actually recommended I go see Don at Jerry’s “my regular mechanic has amazing and honest people.” Don fixed my part so fast for way way less. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

The owner, Don is a great guy! We had an emergency situation due to having a Spring Break trip planned only to find someone had stolen our catalytic converter. He went above and beyond to get the parts and get them installed in time so we could still take our vacation. He was more than accommodating and worked easily with our insurance. He's fair, honest and straightforward. Definitely recommend!! Thanks!!

Two times I've called here and twice I have been a let down. The first time they quoted $450 to replace a flex pipe. Something which would have cost less than $50 with maybe an hour of work. The second time I just called. The man I spoke with was condescending and didn't offer any solutions to fixing a cat I wanted gutted and replaced. I'm not sure he was even listening because he said something about deleting it.

Hands down an awesome way to go for exhaust work. Small business veteran owned, straight forward from get go, very reasonable prices, and quality work!!! My muffler was essentially falling off and my exhaust pipe was blowing straight into the side of my van, started smoking about 5 min from Jerry’s. Didn’t have an appointment and from out of town, Don was working on my van within 5 minutes and had choice words for the hack job the mechanic shop I had just paid for work done at. This guy really saved our week. Had the catalytic converter stolen off our delivery truck. He stayed late one night and got it back to us the next freaking day. I would give him 6 stars if I could. Gotta bake him some cookies or something.
