I called Jerry’s in the middle of the afternoon for an appointment the next day to check our air conditioning in the car. John told me he had time that afternoon. We went and John got us in immediately. He checked for leaks. He replaced charge valves. Recharged system. He kept us informed. We left about 2 hours later with cold air.

Nick at Jerry’s auto has taken very good care of all of our vehicles. We have 3 personal vehicles and 2 business vehicles. Our business vehicles HAVE to be road ready at all times. Nick always has a spot open in a very acceptable amount of time. Nick and his team are on point with diagnosing and pricing. If I schedule a time when I know I need something taken care of they can get me out the same day. They also are good to let me know upfront if there could be something else unrelated and a price. I recently had JERRY'S replace an engine mount on my car. They took the time to determine that it was still under warrenty & charged me accordingly. A few days after this repair, I noticed that they had found, that both front fenders were un-pinned from the liner. They took it upon themselves, to replace 8 bolts to fix the problem & did not charge me for the repair.

These folks got me set up with a brand new battery and connectors for HALF the price a battery at Firestone would cost me. Then they had me back in my vehicle in 4 hours. Top tier service and top tier prices.

(I'm a schoolbus driver in Edmond and NEED my car to get to and from work 4 times a day.) I made an appointment on Friday for 8am on Monday, they never put it in and told me I never made an appointment (I did, and I have the phone records to prove it.) It was just for a water pump replacement. They ended up taking it and kept it ALL DAY, despite telling me it would only take 30 minutes to get the estimate pricing. So I went to"Around the Corner" for breakfast. (5 Stars for them...) Jerry's automotive never called to tell me anything about pricing or that I would be without my vehicle ALL DAY. I called the next morning at 8am and turns out they never got to it at all! They said they could MAYBE get an estimate by 6PM. Another entire day without my car! I told them that it was pretty bad business to tell me that it would take 30 minutes and then to take 2 days. He said "your car will be out front for you to come get it then." Which is kind of F#¢ked up but I guess that's their business model. But what is truly messed up is that my internal car lights were flipped to the ON position wasting my battery. I believe this was a petty attempt to kill my battery because I was honest about their business practices being poorly managed. Losing my appointment. Blaming me for them not filing it correctly. Telling me it would be 30 minutes instead of 2 DAYS. And lastly trying to enact some petty vengeance after Canceling their services because I was upset about them never even getting an estimate for me. I would give 0 stars if I could. Jimmy's Automotive and Dwayne's been my regular go to and I suggest y'all go there instead. I'm just a normal Edmond/OKC citizen and if you are too I would steer clear of this poorly managed business. Nobody deserves to have their battery drained because a businesses ego was bruised.

Always great family owned service. You never have to worry about being talked into something you DON'T need. If its recommended or mentioned, you REALLY do need it. No padding your bill. Overall, excellent service and results done right!

Very good service! I went in for a stuck cv axle bolt and they were very nice. They took it off for free so I can get my aunts car finished and back on the road.
