Been coming here ever since Menno the owner bought the place. Never been disappointed, even when there are issues or misunderstandings they’ll work with you to find a fair solution. Remember people are human, no one’s perfect. It’s hard for these small businesses to keep good techs but Menno and Don will always make sure your taken care of.

The Chevrolet dealership said they were catalytic converters backordered, and I would not be able to get an answer as to when, but they were willing to give me a When the parts came in. They couldn’t give me a time or an expectation so I started looking around Discovered CARB compliant Catalytic converters are difficult to obtain and ridiculous in cost. Thank you (D) California legislation. Regardless I was able to get in contact with Jerl’s from a friend. Josh Asked me to bring the vehicle in. They evaluated the vehicle and after a discussion I opted to replace all three as I didn’t want a repeat problem. These heroes were able to obtain and replace all three catalytic converters the same day. Truly amazing and impressed with this company and the employees. Thank you guys. You were all supermen.

Perfect place to get fast and precise work done for your vehicle. I took my Toyota Celica here for repairs to the exhaust and in no time they corrected the issue including went a step further to correct the supports as to my desire. Thank you again for the professionalism and amazing work.

Wow! What a bunch of great guys! They were so friendly and I couldnt believe the bill, twice as less then I thought it would be. These are real people who actually care about taking care of you. I am so happy I found my "forever" brake guys. I have had my car looked at three times and they never fixed the problem. I am happy to say it is fixed and my experience is one of the best I have ever had. Thank goodness there are decent human beings still out there.

I received a quote from a young man on Wednesday night, for a simple muffler cap. I went back Thursday at opening time and the price had miraculously doubled, according to a different man. Say no more. I can deal with ANYTHING besides dishonesty. ✌🏾👎🏾

They forgot to bolt down my calipers when they changed the pads. It’s only four bolts and they missed it lol. The pads fell off when I was on the freeway, and it took me the rest of the day to get my car back home. They were closed the next day so I had to rent a car. They admitted fault, but refused to reimburse me for my rental. They gave me an oil change without my permission and said It’s worth Almost $300 so we should be even. My roommate took his car around the same time, and when he went to the dealer, they said they used the wrong pads in the front, and in the back they put them on backwards The shop has always been really great. Only one I go to really. I did a little research and found out they were bought by someone else a few years ago. It’s not the same shop.. Beware Of this shady business

Went here to get just my pads done and they kept making noises after. I went back to Jerl twice and they said nothing was wrong and sometimes they make noises. Said I could either deal with it or buy new brakes. Went to the dealer for a service, and they sent me a 10 minute video detailing how they resurfaced my rotors unevenly, used pads not rated for the car which they installed backwards, causing them to dig grooves into my rotors and also warp everything because they heated up too much. The entire front and rear brakes had to be replaced.
