I brought an SUV in with a nail in the tire. It was in the side wall so they had to replace the tire. They didn't have a wrench to remove the tire. They couldn't locate the wrench in our car. Jensen installed 4 tires in 9-2023 and no issue. I waited 3 1/2 hours. Kept giving unrealistic time frames and no updates through the process. Most upset with lack of communication. There was a customer that came in after I did. He had a screw in his tire. He had called in previously and they told him they could get him in right away. The rep told him that it would be about an hour. He said he had to be working an hour. He was still there when I left which was an hour and 45 minutes later.

I stopped in to Jensens because of car problems. I travel selling grocery products. The staff told me exactly what the problems were and a firm price, out the door. Picked up my car the nexted day. My bill was exactly what the staff told me. Thank you

Asked Jensen to replace one TPMS sensor. When I picked up the car there were two non-working TPMS sensors. They made the problem worse and offered no explanation.

Incredible...needed a waterpump and thermostat. The claimed everything including the radiator replaced. 1800 plus. My buddy laughed and did the waterpump and thermostat for 100 plus parts in 1 hour. This place will get you good. Wouldn't trust them to change my oil. Thieves

Love using Jensen for all my car needs! They are one of the few places I have ever used that doesn’t try to upsell you! They get the work finished and to a high quality standard nonetheless! They also stand by their warranty for tires and I am EXTREMELY grateful for that when my tire went flat due to a screw puncturing it recently! I highly recommend Jensen to anyone needing car service! (Side note: the guy who worked on my car had a pretty sweet name 😎)

Ordered tires online from Goodyear and had them shipped to Jensen N. 108th and Fort for installation. Left my truck there in the morning and they called early afternoon to let me know that my truck is almost done. But while having the back tires off a representative from Jensen told me that my back brakes are metal on metal. He stated that I need new brake pads, rotors, and new break sensors. I asked what that would cost and they told me $787.00. I declined the service and picked my truck up later that day. Took my truck to another mechanic the next day to have them look at my back breaks. Pads were low but it wasn't metal on metal. Other mechanic said I have a few months left but it only needed new brake pads and my truck doesn't even have brake sensors! I really lost confidence in Jensen for trying to get repairs out of me even though it wasn't needed.

Slowest jensen in town. Other jensens are faster. Dropped off car night before at 11pm for 4 tires and oil change and waiting still the next day in waiting room at 515pm for them to finish. Slow like molasses. They say that they had appointments but when you try to get an appointment they say it is first come first serve basis. They say they had trouble getting the tires but this is a tire place! Everytime i come to get my car they say the same thing its almost done just need the alignment left to do. I think they just let the car sit there not getting worked on because of poor mangement as they gouge unsuspecting people of major work they probably dont need. I never get anything major done here because I caught them lying twice in the past 20 years trying to get me for thousands of dollars. Then i go get second opinion and nothing wrong and car fine for years. Always get a second opinion here for any major work and don't trust them.

They did a great job diagnosing why my check engine light was on and recommended a solution to fix it. And did not charge a fee. Steve was very professional and helpful.
