I called them literally on the way to them with my daughter’s car that I had to jump. They accommodated us easily and looked at the car the next day and fixed the issue and got her back on her way before noon the next day. Very positive experience.

Excellent experience! Simple to make an appointment, appointment was the next day! They fixed the problem with the window washing fluid, as well as changing the oil and rotating the tires. My car really runs better since their maintenance! A noticeable difference. Highly recommend Jensen Tire!!

I had never used Jensen before. Called and got me an appointment within 24 hours, I dropped off early and they called told me the cost which was reasonable and they had it done before my appointment time. Really enjoyed my experience.

I needed a flat repaired and Bob told me to bring the car in and he would get it done as soon as he could. It was done in about 30-45 minutes. Outstanding!

Jensen has been extremely helpful for my wife and I. We have a car that has been giving us a lot of trouble recently, so we have taken it to Jensen a lot. Neither of us are very knowledgeable of cars, but the people at Jensen are able to help us understand what exactly is wrong and what is worth fixing. Never have they made me feel cheated or mislead in any of their repairs. I appreciate their honesty and understanding. Even recently, they did a free evaluation on our car to assess a suspension issue. After identifying the issue, I ended up declining the repair as the car was causing too much of a headache for us, but they still didn’t charge us a dime! I don’t know if Jensen is the cheapest mechanic you can find, but they sure are the most honest and reliable I’ve experienced.

Went in for an oil change and had a slow leak on a tire. After an hour and a half came out and said they couldn't get a lug nut back on my driver rear said the stud was stripped. I didn't ask for a tire rotation was told they do it anyway. After some back and forth they rotated my tires back and my stripped stud was magically fixed. Cause surely a reputable business wouldn't send a customer out with a lug nut not tightened on a car.

I had made an appointment for today and came in on time for a tire leaking air. Well, I had to do was give him my keys. Tell him which tire it was and wait 30 minutes. It was done that was it fast and easy couldn’t ask for more.

The front office staff were courteous and nice, but they didn’t do the work I paid for(the first time). I purchased a set of 4 tires and TPMS kits. They only replaced half of the TPMS kits. The sensor only and not the valve stem. I mark all my valve stems to ensure they are replaced when I get new Tires. They ended up replacing them after I brought it to their attention and wasted more of my time. I expect the work to be completed properly the first time. How many customers do they do this to in order to save time and money? Did they even replace the TPMS sensors? The average customer will never know. I always do jobs to Standard(or higher) not Time and I expect that from them as well. Especially after paying $1000 for new tires. They didn’t even offer compensation for my time, their mistake or getting caught in a poor business practice! Jensen Tire needs to do better! Jason, Lincoln, NE

We were in a little bit of a dilemma, we had a flat trite on our corvette. Which had run flat tires. We called a couple of places and they would not work on them. We realized that Jensen tire was fairly close to us and we gave them a call. This was the day before Christmas. They said bring it in! Wow were we impressed with their professionalism and quick service! We highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you Jensen Tire!
