I have been bringing my vehicle to Jensen for quite a few years now and overall I appreciate their service. However, this last time I was told I'd be paying a certain amount and when I got there it was a totally different price. That was very frustrating. And I notice my clock wasn't set for the right time and a few other things were messed with. If you need to mess with those things, make it right and put it back to correct time and put back or fix things that were messed with. I don't think that's too much to ask.

I was in bad need of tires , I've had nails on several different occasions and finally the last nail was a non repairable tire.. l didn't have the money upfront for a new set but Eric and Todd got me financed and l was able to drive out with a new set of tires and peace of mind. I cannot thank Jensen Tires enough !! I would HIGHLY recommend them if you are ever in need of tires. Great service.. Thank you !!

Jensens Tire and Auto worked us in the next day to mount and balance a single tire for us after we heavily damaged a rim. They are so friendly and courteous and make us feel important.

Fantastic!!! Car was having serious fuel pump issues and stalling all the time. Car completly shut down and was lucky enough to find this Jensen Tire. I pulled in, provided car issues and they looked at same day and scheduled fuel pump replacement next day and car is now running great. They kept me posted on proposed repair cost and when repair would be completed.

Big thanks to this crew who were able to put a patch in my tire an hour before they closed. They were clearly busy but were very kind and helpful, especially a Friday night 5 days before Christmas.

I ordered new tires for installation and mistakenly ordered the wrong size. My mistake wasn’t noticed until they had removed two of my original tires. However, they remounted and rebalanced those two tires and I ordered new ones to replace them. They accommodated me quickly with good customer service. Now I have my new tires and I’m very happy with Jensen.
