Great job, we made the appointment for 1:00 pm and the work began on time even a little early. Fixed two slow leaks and showed me my option for new tires for my Ford Explorer ST.

Edit: Thank you for your response to my post. I appreciate your explaining it to me about why we had to prepay. It made sense and I apologize for getting excited. Otherwise like I said, you gave us a great deal, and you all were very friendly. We got a great deal on tires. They were really friendly. I'm not quite understanding why they make people prepay before they put parts on your car. That's really kind of an unusual practice. I worked in the auto repair business for 33 years and we never once did that.

I had a flat tire happen Sunday and I was able to get it to Jensen on a donut. Even though they were closed Sunday, they had the tire ordered and replaced before lunch on Monday without an appointment. They called me first thing Monday morning and gave me a quote and all. This location just opened up and will be my go to as long as I’m in the Gretna area!

The guy I talked with on the phone was great! He said they could sneak me in to get my tire fixed and they did. I didn’t have an appointment but I was out of there within about 90 min. And the little bit that I paid was well worth it for the confidence of knowing the job was done correctly. Jensen is always my first call for tire repairs.

They saw me on a last minute appointment for a flat tire. Repaired the tire and was on my way within 40 minutes for $30!

Unbelievable, efficient and quick service! Thought I had a nail or a screw in the tire, but it was just a loose valve. The brand new team at Jensen‘s Gretna took care of it in a matter of minutes and had me on the road and surprisingly with no charge. I’ll be back next time!
