The person at the desk was very couteous and helpful. We stopped in unannounced without an appointment. We had a problem with our tire. They were very busy, even so they got to us quickly and fixed the tire. Thank you so much.

My daughter has car trouble on a trip and found Jensen. They fixed her car and were very fair. We are not from Council Bluffs, didn't know what to do, but so happy to have discovered them. Fixed it quickly and got her on the road, so much appreciation.

Got a flat tire while I was driving home. They made the process very easy and since I was driving home from work (still had 4 hours left) they also got me in real quick and explained my different options. Had to get 3 tires from Omaha and they still got 3 new tires put on my truck in just over an hour! Had me on the road real quick. Excellent service

Very nice guys, got me in quickly without in an appointment. I’m always worried going in somewhere that they will try and get me to spend more money than I want to but they just did what I asked and let me go about my day

Needed them to order me tires and they were able to get them the same day as well as get them put on the truck in less than 2 hours!!! Also changed the batteries in my key fob for me as well!!!

Blew a tire on our Honda Odyssey 5 minutes outside of Council Bluffs on our way to spend Christmas with family. First tried Sam's and then Walmart to get a new tire installation but they were multiple hour waits. Tires plus never answered their phone. Then called Jensen's and they said they could fix as soon as we arrived. Service manager was very nice, even offering a suggestion for lunch (Buck Snort) while we waited. Tire was installed and spare/jack put away within an hour. Great service and great shop. Highly recommend!

I wish I knew their names, but these guys are so friendly and funny, and they keep it real. Before them, other mechanics and tire places try to sell you services you don't even need, the type of honesty you fine with these guys is extremely hard to find when it comes to mechanics. 5 stars

Price was just the same as the estimate. Took a little longer than expected with an appointment, but they were quite busy. Fixed my problem. Coffee was good.

The experience was great. Great service, on time, and very professional. I was told one price on the phone but it was $30.00 more two days later. I realize people make mistakes, but I think they should've honored the first price given.

Jensen was to change a light bulb drivers side turn signal and they couldn't even do it. Im definitely not satisfied.
