They were able to diagnose the problem with my car after another Lincoln dealer could not. It took a while to figure it out. There was a multitude of issues but they stuck with it. They kept me informed all along the way. Very happy with them.

I made arrangements to have the car serviced and Lacy from Jenkins Ford arrived exactly at the time stated time. DJ from the service department called and reviewed the work that was done and when delivery could be made. They corrected everything that I asked for and there was no other problems. Great service & friendly people.,

Was able to get my vehicle in on Tuesday, and diagnosis and repairs were done on Tuesday afternoon. Picked up Wednesday. Aaron was my service advisor on this case.

Went to have recalls done. Was told 2 hours. I was waiting. The sign in area had service writers, but no one offered to help. Finally got a person. He was chewing tobacco and spit in the trash in the middle of speaking to me...GROSS. They also could not find me in the system, purchased the car from them...anyway. took my car and was 1 1/2 hours. Yea early. Got in my car to leave and the entertainment center was black. Thats what the recall was for, but it was fine. Reverse camera did not work either...nothing. Went back in for another half hour. Finally fixed, glitchy but fixed. Was told, that the fun with computers...What? Someone had to install the program. How could you let a recall or any other service go back to the customer with our checking? Not the best experience.

Had multiple issues with the ac in the vehicle not cooling. Dealt with Mike and Aaron to get through the ford fixes that never solved anything. They both stayed on top of the update s until we had run the course with the recommended solutions and ford finally came to the conclusion they needed to replace the evaporator. The guys were very professional in their work and I am very pleased with the way they handled the problem .

Mike the service manager and Jon part of the service team went above and beyond for my new engine (not an easy job) and new turbo for my car and I can’t thank them enough . ;) highly recommend service and sales with this dealership
